No wonder Putin is so pleased with Obama, when Obama can ignore what the Russians are actually doing, as though those things will not keep him from “improving” relations with Russia, in return for empty promises on future Russian actions.

If Obama knew these indictments were coming, he had good reason for NOT making any new agreements with Russia, if it was really U.S. interests - not his ideology - he sought to promote.
