I’ve been stocking up on stuff like powdered milk, other powdered stuff, and boullion cubes, gelatins, and silica gell. Silly little things like matches and lighter fluid, flints, bics. LOTS of matches and kerosene, Candles. Wood. Magazines and paper, newspapers, old phone books. Soap. First aid stuff. Ammo. Have quite a bit of canned goods and dried stuff. As I think of things, I get them.
Better to be overprepared and nothing happen, that to not be prepared at all and all hell breaks loose.

And he didn't blame the Japanese earthquake/tsunami, or ATM's, or even, like yesterday, "Democracy."
There has never been a president who found so many excuses to try and convince people that he has no fault in causing our economic crisis. Presidents are not supposed to look for excuses, they are supposed to solve the problems...or at least try.
What Obama is proving by all these excuses and playing the Blame Game is that he does not have the leadership skills, wisdom, experience, or desire to run this country and encourage the people.
He is proving, over and over, (to those who were dumb enough to vote for him) that the man selected for the Oval Office is, in essence, admitting he is not up to the job of overcoming difficulties that are always faced by leaders.
GJ’s walk and I would bet a gazillion dollars that he practices Denzell Washington’s smile in the mirror...right down to the crinkles around the eyes.
And that nasty *thing* by his nose? I can’t look at it. It actually gags me.
