Weapons linked to ATF's controversial "Fast and Furious" operation have been tied to at least eight violent crimes in Mexico including three murders, four kidnappings and an attempted homicide.
According to a letter from U.S. Assistant Attorney General Ronald Weich to Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA) and Sen. Charles Grassley (R-Iowa), the disclosed incidents may be only a partial list of violent crimes linked to Fast and Furious weapons because "ATF has not conducted a comprehensive independent investigation."
When added to the guns found at the murder scene of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry in the U.S., the newly-revealed murders in Mexico bring the total number of deaths linked to Fast and Furious to four.

Thanks Minus_The_Bear.
I wouldn’t be surprised if someday soon down the road we find the MSM broadsiding Obama worse than they did, and do Palin.
I have a hunch the MSM, a fickle lot of Leftists are being encouraged to do so by certain behind the scenes players. The lot of players that got Obama where he is I believe are ready for some hope and change.
I believe Hillary is running around behind the scenes trying to convince some of those players to “Look at me, look at me!”
However what kind of information those guys were even hoping to get from selling weapons to criminals? Anyone with an intellect at or above an average hare can tell that those weapons will end up at crime scenes, since that's what they are bought for.
Is there anything of value to be learned from the knowledge that those weapons are trafficked to various states of the USA and Mexico? I doubt that. Goods naturally move from places where they are available to places where they are needed.
Is there anyone in particular who could be tied to a purchase and a consequent crime? I doubt that too. The weapon was most likely in many hands before it reached the soldiers of cartels, and nothing is known about those intermediaries (if they are even alive by now.)
So can the Justice dept. explain, in detail, what was that they were doing, what were they expecting to happen, and what happened in actuality. If they expected murders done with those weapons then they are guilty of murder as facilitators. If they haven't expected murders then they are incompetent and must be fired.
But I guess it's a pointless endeavor to try to find someone competent in that gang. Competence was bred out over decades of bureaucratic games, in an environment where anyone even minimally smart had to quit in disgust long time ago.
Poor reporting by CBS. “Project Gunrunner” was started in 2005. They should use the correct term, “Fast and Furious.”
They are two different programs.
IN MEXICO.
We need a Special Prosecutor, Independent Counsel,, something.. this smells to high heaven
Targets, The BATF, DoJ, WH
Yes, so why does the title say “Gunwalker?”
“Gunwalker” was the term coined by Dave Codrea and Mike Vanderboegh, a play on “Gunrunner,” since the ATF was “walking” the guns over the border as they put it. The reporter has picked up the useage.

Thanks for the explanation. I confess that I was thinking of “Gunrunner” (2005). Still, I think this mix of the correct name (F&F) with the confusing “Gunwalker” with no explanation is a weird way to write an article that pretends to be factual.
Yep, thanks. Conservatives should use exact terms, not try to be clever by using cute but confusing terms. If they even know the difference, that is.
Guns don’t kill people. People kill people, especially when they’re criminals, and sometimes with guns provided by the ATF.
Barring a miracle, he has no chance in ‘12. Throw him under the bus and give Hillary a chance to save the party. The first black president is going to be the first president blatantly thrown under the bus by all the people who put him there.
That's how Barry intends to attack our gun rights. He's smart enough to understand that sponsoring a sweeping anti-gun bill in Congress is political suicide.
A fact not lost on THIS reader. Anyne who remebers heaing the statements coming out of the State depatment and others a few years ago pushing for automatic weapons ban because ‘these guns are findig their way to Mexican gangs’ can see it VERY clearly.
Even if a cartel member committed an act of murder in the WH using one of these guns, it would not make the headlines...
And in the interest in the common civility, this issue will not be a campaign topic in any debate or discussion anywhere. anytime...
How’s that to brighten yer day??? ;-)
