Since several members have openly and very publicly announced they are homosexuals, have they violated military code of military conduct?

The agenda of military gay activists will not rest and just be satisfied with this new law but will continue to document for, public consumption, anecdotal cases profiling active duty members.

According to the Directive from the Department of Defense, as I read it, the homosexuals who have already declared (one in uniform) their sexual preferences were in violation.

The question is: Will the DoD look the other way by ignoring stated military law or will they, themselves, circumvent the laws that they live by.

If anyone has any information about any changes that has occurred since the this Directive, feel free to post the changes.

Ofcourse they will. They will not be satisfied no matter how much the DOD caves to their demands.

You notice the guy last night was NOT wearing an actual military uniform. Just a tea shirt.
I kept studying the photo of him and for some reason I just don’t believe he was actually in Iraq.
I wouldn’t put ANYTHING past the activist. They have no boundries.

By definition, homosexuals are people with defective psychological/psychosocial boundaries. The probability is very high that they will generate a disproportionate percentage of disciplinary offenses-- not just sexual offenses but others as well. Time will tell.

Nobody in uniform should be talking about their sex lives, period. I hope they go after the homosexuals in the military the same way they went after the heterosexuals after the Tailhook phony scandal.

They will if there's a free manicure involved.

My guess is that it’ll go winked and nodded until the next, hopefully GOP administration. Then there’ll be trouble for open poofters. No way with a GOP House is the underlying law going to get revised.

Why not issue them purty pink dog tags (with dog collars optional)? (duck’n & runn’n)

There already have been public events where "gay" service members wore their uniforms in violation of the UCMJ. I don't expect this current set of military leaders to call them on this. Their careers, their retirements, their post-service careers mean much more to them than keeping the deviants out of the barracks.

Homosexuality is an unfortunate mental illness, nonetheless we have virtually unanimous opinion among our service chiefs that they will have no problem with gay service members.

Wait till they see what comes next..

They didn’t follow the first directive not to be faggots, so what makes anyone beleive they will stop at any other directive? They are mentally ill and desire personal attention, to feel “special”. Now that being a closet fag is no longer special they will seek other attention getting actions.

[...watch for directives to change.]

I fully intend to keep looking for any ‘new and improved’ versions.

I’d like to hear what one of my representatives in Congress has to say about violating military conduct as he once worked as a military lawyer...Lindsay Graham.

“...The probability is very high that they will generate a disproportionate percentage of disciplinary offenses— not just sexual offenses but others as well...”

But liberals will insist that the conviction rate for these folks be the same as for straights - regardless of whatever the true perp rate will be.

We all know it’ll be that way - because we have ample precedence in the area of other crimes.

The problem with plenty of political activists, is that at least the loud ones lack effective team mentality. Take for instance the fact that I was on a rowing and a football team, in both of those sports, the coach will criticize and suggest improvement in the technique of players all over the team, it’s discipline, and it is what makes the team effective. It was usually fairly obvious which people would either quit or settle for JV, because those people were the ones, who couldn’t go for too long without being full of himself while the rest of the team was willing to take the heat, and move on, some people took it well, and recognized that they weren’t so much more special or sorry for themselves, while some didn’t. Either way, despite my not making the military, I would hope that the discipline is similar to work on team solidarity. The military shouldn’t hopefully be about who has some history of oppression, or who has the skeletons in one’s closet, it should be about getting the clue that they either work well together and cooperate on the right terms, or there’s serious problems. I hope the discipline stays well on the “team mentality” in the military, however.

I don’t know about you, but we used to have ‘Blanket Parties’ for idiots in our unit that caused trouble and extra duty for ALL of us. Your Squad, Platoon, Company, Battalion, etc. is supposed to function as a TEAM - and if you weren’t a Team Player, we had ways of ensuring that you learned; and learned FAST.

I’m sure that’s not gonna work anymore when these flippin’ Nancy Boys start crying ‘fowl.’

Gawd, I HATE what our military has become. I’m so glad I served when our society still had some modicum of Duty, Honor, County - above and beyond being all-consumed and only defined by your bedroom activities. *SPIT*

They’ll probably wear their uniforms to gay pride parades (with the seat cut out, of course).

With it being yet the Unit Commanders’ discretion to pursue inquiry( if it still is) given that they had to wait until Colin Powell and others like him retired before they could push for gays in the Military — I suspect it will take another generation of Military Officers before the Sodomites are weeded out.And restoration can be considered.

I totally agree.
the military is not a democracy . It is team team team.

This situation does worry me. Maybe the activist will get tired of it once they find out it’s not a garden party and move on.

Frankly it is not safe to have our military worrying about social issues. We shall see.

They don’t obey the laws of nature. What makes you think they’ll obey military directives?

The average homosexual ought not to be able to get a security clearance.

The sodomites are the new Maj. Nidal Hasans. Sexual harassment training will be focused on indoctinating normal servicemembers into accepting the perverts in their midst. Complaints about actual sexual harrassment and the hostile environment created by the mentally ill perverts will be used to paint the complainers as intolerant homophobes. Most normal people will be forced into submission, while the pervs will continue to f with people’s heads (in more ways than one) with impunity.

Not too far down the road - demands by “married” same-sex couples to have equal access to family housing and spouse organizations. They’ll be eager to prepare homecoming treats and decorate homecoming signs along with the kiddies. Oh there will be only a few, so that anyone who is rightfully disgusted and concerned will be marked as a paranoid neanderthal or religious nut “with issues”.
