STATE COLLEGE (Reuters) - Penn State says alleged child sex abuser Jerry Sandusky is "not welcome" on its campus, but the university so far has no legal recourse to keep the former assistant football coach away.

In her bail ruling, Judge Leslie Dutchot ordered the former defensive coordinator not to have any contact with minors, witnesses or alleged victims.

The ruling placed no restrictions on his travel. Sandusky's lawyer, Joe Amendola, advised Sandusky and his wife to take a trip ahead of the next legal proceeding to clear his head, he told CNN.

In effect, Sandusky is free to return to the Penn State campus, something school officials are powerless to stop.

Exactly.

I’m surprised how many idiots this topic has brought out.

On Oct. 9, 2007, Robert Poole, chairman of The Second Mile, hosted a fundraiser at his house that netted $1,463 for Dutchcot, according to campaign filings released by Rep. Mike Vereb, a Philadelphia Republican.

She must've forgotten all about that.

Idiots?

Really? When McQueary tells Paterno he saw Sandusky anally raping a helpless ten year old child, did he demand to know why McQueary didn't stop the crime immediately and call the police? Nope, JoePed, instead, chose to circle the wagons by calling Tim Curley, Paterno's boss, instead of the police. Nice work, Joe. Great leadership. Pass it up the ladder and, by all means, protect the organization.

Maybe you can you tell us why JoePed never bothered to call the police when he was told by McQueary that he caught Sandusky in the shower anally raping a young (about 10 years old) boy? Do you know if "JoePa" ever thought it important to find out the child’s identity or to find out if the child was alright? If not, why not? If this happened in your locker room, wouldn't you want to know?

Sandusky systematically abused, raped, molested, and assaulted young boys over several decades. There is no way in hell Sandusky could have gotten away with his monstrous behavior for so long without being enabled by Penn State. There is no way Paterno could have been ignorant of what was going on. By not going to the police, Paterno, and all of the other parties involved, were complicit in allowing Sandusky to prey on young boys for many more years years. JoePedo allowed the abuse to continue. JoePedo allowed this man to ruin the lives of even more children. JoePedo ignored the childhood victims for more than 10 years even though there had been at least three credible reports of Sandusky taking showers -- in JoePedo's locker room -- with little boys. JoePedo put his career and his program above the lives and well being of children. He allowed Sandusky to murder their souls. He protected a monster. Screw Joe Paterno and anyone who defends him. He deserves everything coming to him in this life and next. And, yes, I attended Penn State.

"You are unbelievable. An idol worshiper."

I wonder if there's a way to photo shop Paterno's head onto the top of this for the benefit of his worshipers?

Is that why you have all this inside information that the rest of us don't have?

You could read the Grand Jury report, if your stomach is strong enough. The details in the report will make any normal person sick....and angry. It will probably have no effect on those who think it's more important to protect their beloved "program" than the souls of little children.

People don't like information that doesn't comport with their fixed mentality. At least these same folks can mindlessly shout "We are Penn State!" over and over and over again. That's something.....I guess.

I consider these people to be idiots. That's just me. But hey, whatever it takes to make you ok with what went down.

I have. It also made me sick and angry.

But hey, whatever it takes to make you ok with what went down.

If you're saying that I'm ok with what happened, that's just another example of you saying something as if you know what you're talking about, while in reality you don't. You should stop doing that. It's not a good habit to have.
