Thanks for putting the information down so clearly. I knew about the “African American” vs the term “Negro” and that alone was enough for me. I had heard something about the rest, but had never had if made clear. I really appreciate this. Perhaps, now, finally that the judge in Georgia (I believe) has determined that this should be heard in court, the truth will come out about the fake BC that Obama and his criminal cronies presented.

In fact it will be quite ironic if Obama’s last attempt to cover up the real facts about his place of birth and heritage actually is what causes those facts to be exposed and validated. I would so love to have justice served concerning this fraud that has been perpetrated on America. This lie has not only been a cunning plot to insert an incompetent, socialist puppet and anti-American in the White House...it has also been an insult to the intelligence of millions of Americans.

Thanks for getting that link out there again. In my opinion, it can't be pointed to enough. I realize that it's already gotten more than 1.2 million views, but I'd like to see it reach 20-30 million or more. I was actually able to post the link on Hot Air the other night and drew (derisive/hostile) feedback from a longtime poster who tried to argue that an article on National Review Online the day after the "birth certificate" image that was posted on WH servers on 27 April 2011 was challenged, debunked the challengers based on the tired (to FRiends who have given this issue more than a cursory inspection) OCR/layers posit. This gave me a great opportunity to rebut this poster's dismissal by pointing out that they obviously did not watch part four of that deconstructive series where Mr. Renshaw demolishes the Optimization/OCR "theory" big-time. Funny, but my detractor had nothing to say in rebuttal after this. Heh.

While I agree on the second (no SCOTUS ruling is yet extant) part, I wholeheartedly and respectfully dissent with regard to the first posit. Conferring of "NBC status" upon a child via adoption by US citizen parents under nunc pro tunc would still be an operation of law to "magically" confer upon the child said proposed status. Citizens who are born on US soil to US citizens need no such adjustment, as they naturally follow the condition of their parents upon such birth.

Natural Born Citizen status as defined in Minor vs Happersett can only be gained one way: Naturally.

The kid did a brilliant job. He not only knows what he's talking about he knew how to present it so anyone could understand his points. If anyone were going to shoot down his presentation they would have done it by now. IMO he nailed it and his three followups stomped out every last spark of hope that the BC is somehow legit.

If Obama is kept off any state ballot (and I very much doubt it will happen) it will almost certainly be in a conservative state he wasn’t gonna win anyway.

That would embarrass him but would also create a backlash as he plays the victim card with the media 100% on his side.

He DESERVES to be impeached but that’s not gonna happen either.

I find it statistically improbable (cough) that an overwhelming majority of news outlets would describe the "release" in these terms. "The White House" has done nothing but display an unverifiable and widely discredited pdf image purported to be a birth abstract or something, and for so many so-called news outlets to write such disingenuous tripe simply points up the supremely widespread ignorance and/or deliberate obfuscation related to this slow-moving constitutional crisis.

What bothers me is the complete lack of respect for the people. But this is what you get with a Communist leader.

From another post, the judge will have to look at Obamas BC, and he will find that the seal and stamp is not official. The intentional misspelling of “the” is spelled “txe”. The smiley face. I guess this was their way of being cute and giving everyone the middle finger. Hubris. They never thought it would get to a court. Dismissal has been the pattern.

The poster compared this to a Kid trying to buy liquor in another state with a fake ID. The BC is a problem, unless they create a new one and bring that to court. Then they have multiple varied copies. It's a problem. This may force the Judge to rule against Obama.

If a Judge points to Fraud, and keeps it simple, this could be devastating for Obama.

People understand a simple story. A Judge holding up a BC, pointing to an undeniable fraudulent seal or fact, and then rejecting his application to be in the primary would be difficult to spin. Fraud is Fraud. A judge can't allow fraud.

This could get fun. What Lawyer on Team Obama is going to court with this document?

If this document gets nailed as fraud in court, If I'm Terry Lakin, I sue Obama for 20 million dollars the next day in Georgia.

This is the last thing Obama expected. His fraud being examined in a court room.

The April 2011 bc Obama released to the public will not be introduced as evidence in court. More likely he will introduce a document (similar to the Pelosi OCON) from Debbie Wasserman-Schultz stating that the DNC has certified that Obama meets the constitutional requirements to hold office.

And that partisan hack will not hesitate to be an accessory to fraud to ensure her candidate to be on the ballot.

I actually find this a very interesting statement. Especially since the Democrats would like to do everything in their power to divert attention away from jobs and the economy - mostly since Obama has destroyed what economy we did have.

This statement implies that they are even more afraid of the NBC issue than the economic malaise we are currently suffering!
