Washington (CNN) -- The Senate narrowly rejected a Republican-sponsored measure Thursday that would have bypassed the Obama administration's current objections to the Keystone XL pipeline and allowed construction on the controversial project to move forward immediately.
Fifty-six senators voted in favor of the amendment -- four short of the 60 required for approval. Eleven Democrats joined a unanimous Republican caucus in backing the plan.

Anyone who sells out their family, their Church, their country; to back a racist, bigoted, arrogant, spiteful, enemy of America like Barack Hussein Obama is a low life POS in my book. ...just a little tinkering so the dullards looking in from DU and KOS know exactly who you are talking about...well done!

Better yet, ask them all to start calling themselves SOCIALISTS, not Democrats. JFK was a Democrat. 0bama, Reid, Schumer, Pelosi and all the major players currently in control of our gov’t are not Democrats!

This is such a shock.
Imagine the Dems and Obama wanting higher gas prices and higher unemployment.

Meanwhile, Obama promises weapons to Israel if they don’t attack Iran until after the election (War -> high oil prices). After, the election, who cares about gas prices, the economy, etc. Reminds me of Mexican politics — the day after the election, no gas in the pumps.

The 11 Democratic defections were Sens. Max Baucus (Mont.), Mark Begich (Alaska), Bob Casey (Pa.), Kent Conrad (N.D.), Kay Hagan (N.C.), Mary Landrieu (La.), Joe Manchin (W.Va.), Claire McCaskill (Mo.), Mark Pryor (Ark.), Jon Tester (Mont.) and Jim Webb (Va.).
Just a cover your ass vote by these cowards since they knew the others were voting against it...especially Mark Pryor. He would like to have voted with the rest of the loons but being from an oil state he would have committed political suicide.

“Netanyahu was on to Obama before he ever met him.”
I like Netanyahu. I don’t care what he does or who he likes, just let him talk. He claims my prize for the sexiest male voice alive. No! I’m not dead yet...close, but not quite.

Print multiple copies of this story. Scotch tape it to a gas pump every time you fill up.Especially in swing states.
