There has been a lot of discussion on this forum on whether or not a "conservative" can or should support Mitt Romney in the general election.
I am 60 years old, and for all of my adult life, since I joined the U.S. Navy at age 17, I have fought the EVIL ideology that is socialism/marxism/communism/statism, call it what you will. And it IS EVIL. It destroys the human spirit. It reduces every individual to a state of hopeless dependence on an all powerful state, run for the benefit of a few favored, powerful, connected people.
We all KNOW that B. HUSSEIN O. is a communist, and truth be told, an islamist supporter. So, he MUST be defeated and destroyed, along with his ideology.
However, myth obamney is also a "progressive" (read COMMUNIST), BY HIS OWN WORDS.
His actual record is indistinguishable from B. HUSSEIN O.

Therefore, I will NOT vote for a socialist/marxist/communist/statist, REGARDLESS of party label. I WILL NOT VOTE FOR myth obamney in November. I will vote for the Constitution Party candidate, Virgil Goode, or I will write in my DOG over EITHER major party candidate, because they are EXACTLY the same.
Before you start to flame me, ask yourself this: IF myth somehow is elected, do you REALLY expect him to roll back ANYTHING that B. HUSSEIN O. forced on us? ObamaCare??? That is RomneyCare. EPA rules and regulations? Labor relations rules and regulations that empower unions? Energy policy? IS THERE ANYTHING that the rooster-sucking, goat-humping statist socialist/communist Myth Obamney will eliminate? I would suggest that his whole f**king record says not only "no" but "HELL NO!" There is NOTHING he would change.
So, for all the myth obamney lurkers, go back to your f**king candidate and tell him I said he can take his "God in waiting" cult beliefs, his f**king "magic underwear" and his f**king communism and GO STRAIGHT TO HELL!

It is quite clear we are in the minority, the majority of this country is not conservative. They want a middle of the road president along with the congresscritters. Lets hope we can elect the ones a little more to the right then the ones on the left.

Why can't you see it? Have you not examined Romney's left-liberal governing record in Massachusetts? Forget a single word that's come out of the man's mouth - it's his record that tells you all you need to know about him. He's to the left of a lot of Democrats.
If he's elected, you're not going to see any appreciable difference in what emanates from Washington, although we'll no longer be assaulted by Obama's stupid racialist fixation on everything.
On every matter of real substance, Obama and Romney are on the same page. If we're going to have a Socialist for our president, I'd rather it not be one who's wearing a Republican jersey. We'll be hanged with every one of his (and Obama's) liberal failures for decades to come.

I’m one of those obnoxious evangelicals who seems to be always preaching about the salvation found in Jesus Christ. Personal salvation, mind you — not political. We believe that one day the government will be on his shoulders and it won’t be because anybody voted for him on their ballot.
This is how simple and clear it is to me.
If you vote for Obama (or refuse to vote for Mitt) we’ll get to really see what Obama meant when he wispered sweetly to the Russians about “being more flexable.”
I’d rather vote Romney than see Obama bring this great nation to its knees.
