The polls are open on the east coast!!
From this morning's election day prayer thread:
"Heavenly Father may you forgive this nation and its people for the many awful sins that we have commited against you. We do not deserve the wonderful ways we have been blessed and please forgive us for our indifference,neglect and complacency towards you. May you forgive us who are members of your Church who have neglected our calling and commitment to you to be effective witnesses and stewards of the many blessings you have generously bestowed upon us. Many of us have cried out to you for the past few years as never before and we humbly beseech you to bring an overwhelming, crushing defeat on the forces of darkness in our nation. First we pray that you quicken your Church by your spirit and lead us to unity to stand against the onslaught of darkness upon us. May you smash every crooked deed as evil men and women try to hold onto power and may this be so convincing that everyone knows that your hand is in this. Then we may bring the light of your Gospel to our people who do not know you and to the nations of the world.
May you block and undo every policy and piece of legislation they have passed that is harmful to this nation. May you make every policy they make fail and may you turn the hearts of the multitudes against them. May you thwart every evil deed they try to divide this nation with. May you bring their own mischief upon them ten fold. May you punish those in our government who are lawless traitors and enemies of the Constitution by exposing them and deliver them into our hands for justice. However we also pray that through this that you open their eyes to the truth and in your mercy that you bring these people to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ to serve as a witness to many. May you also use this to bring revival across our nation and a restoration of a culture that glorifies You. We also pray for those just leaders in our government who are struggling against the lawless. We pray for your protection and that you embolden them to do what is right to triumph in the election and in the arena of ideas. May you also continue to open the hearts and minds of the American people to the the truth and draw them towards yourself to be renewed in repentance and spiritual rebirth.
And this we humbly ask in Jesus name. AMEN!"

To pass out blame.... Fox News let all the obama lies stand and never refuted a one... for the whole 4 years. They reported it as ‘fair and balanced’ news. The problem is, there are too many who do not know the difference. And as long as Juan is on that channel, I will not watch it ever. I’ve had my fill of him.
Also, when Newt was in the running, the Fox News panel sat there and made fun of him.. laughed and mocked him.
Another blame goes to... Romney never brought up the 4 murdered in Lybia... that might have made a difference... I wonder who advised him against it.
I sound like it’s past tense... I hope it isn’t. I waited 4 years for this opportunity to get obama out! And if he isn’t out.. I will be in mourning for this country... they do not know what they have wrought! They do not know!!!
Well Ras and Gallup had Romney by just one point.
Everyone thinking Romney was going to flip states that haven’t went R in a decade or two were being silly. I was called a concern troll when I said Ras is accurate and we should believe him when he said it’s gonna be close.
I agree...some of us on here have been saying that for a long time, but because the candidates are selected for us, we have no choice but to pull the lever against the biggest socialist in the race, and thereby accept the lesser socialist in the race.
This party is a loser party, even if it happens to pull out a miracle tonight. It is based on the search for power, while looking for a principle, and it needs to look for a principle while searching for power. Power comes from principles, not the other way around.
It the country is going to continue on the path, I will have no choice but to adapt to do best for my family in a declining America, a declining Western culture, and a declining global civilization.
I am obviously unable to comprehend how the masses can be made to understand the destructive path they are on. How does one overcome greed and avarice, except by example. Who will be the examples to the next generation?
I wonder how all the Romney supporters will feel, like Ann Coulter, that said this was the best we can get. This election should have been a cakewalk, and now instead we are offered cake from the Wookie.
Sorry for venting, but nothing brings out frustration more than powerlessness to change a problem that is so blatantly obvious. Tonight I feel very powerless.
I’m just sick right now. It ain’t over till it’s over though. I just can’t bear the thought of four more years of Obama. I was really looking forward to seeing what Romney was going to do to get things going again. Stupid Americans.

I’m not being dramatic here. But I don’t know my country anymore.
It has never seemed right to me that only a handful of states decide these races. Something does not seem right about that. As someone said, the map always bleeds red, but only a few states out of 50 (or is it 57? ;-D) decides for all of us.
There are some other Romeny co. that havent fully reported.
Looks like maybe they are going to hold out as long as Miami-Dade?
