She can’t be worse than either of the two Tennessee senators. I hope she wins. She will get my support and I’m not even from there.
Do you have to get a pardon of the felony to be able to vote or run for office?
It isn’t up to ME to go to her website. It is up to her, her publicist et al to make the story. I’m not from Tennessee so why in the heck would I invest that much time in it? The people of Tenn should be interested.
All I’m saying what the article was about, what it said is pretty basic stuff, and a lot (a lot) more needs to be added to that.
Run for office at the national level? No, there is nothing in the Constitution that would prevent it. Now Tennessee law may prevent her from voting for herself as a convicted felon but she's free to run for the Senate.
Her actions since her conviction have shown she's turned her life around. But count of Alexander to make hay of her past if she appears to be any sort of reasonable threat to him in the primary. And, of course, the Democrats will try to hammer her on it should she win the nomination.
She has a mind, and she’s not afraid to use it. Yessss!!
I’ve heard of Miss Lenard. I didn’t even know what her race was. The problem is that Lamar! isn’t naive on campaigning. He has already declared for reelection and made sure to get virtually every heavy hitter in the state behind him. You’ve got all these people spewing pro-Lamar! talking points, ignoring the fact he was rated the 6th most liberal Republican in the Senate. This isn’t Maine. This is a hyper-Republican and Conservative state now. We should be represented by someone in the top 5 most Conservative, not the bottom.
Unfortunately, even if Miss Lenard could match Lamar! dollar for dollar, our open primary and no runoff allows Democrat chicanery to put the most liberal RINO nominee forward. Until that changes and we also institute a pre-primary convention (a la Utah) to weed out RINOs and liberals, it’s going to remain exceptionally difficult to bounce Lamar! and Corker.
I’m going to send mo I’m going to send money to the anti drone guy too

...Wow! That`s gonna leave a mark!
I don’t know about conventions, sounds like something the paulbots could take over.
But closed primaries are absolutely needed, runoffs as well. With rat primaries being rather trivial in TN now crossovers figure to be an increasing problem.
Is she running again let’s get her elected? Where can we donate?

Her website is very lame.
There’s a “Donate” link under the “Support” menu at the top.
Clearly a poseur. Snazzy shirt, but it totally clashes with the green camo hat. /s
It’s not showing up for me. Is she running or not? The website isn’t clear and needs an upgrade.
