FULL TITLE: Who is this person? Individual seen walking on roof directly overhead as bomb goes off at Boston Marathon
A picture posted on Twitter shows an individual walking on the roof directly overlooking one of the blasts at the Boston Marathon.
The picture of the mystery person was posted shortly after the terror attack and raises the eerily possibility that one of the perpetrators watched as the carnage was unleashed.
Law-enforcement sources told the New York Post that a 20-year-old Saudi man was detained at a Boston hospital.

In a freedom to move country like ours, it is very foolish and downright wasteful & stupid to monitor every potential terrorist.
The only way to stop cowardly terrorism is to punish the country where the terrorists received training, funding, sanctuary etc. By punish I do not mean ordinary folks, but the rulers who give support to terrorists.
Everything else is a giant waste of money, will not stop terrorism, and people will be forced to remove their shoes at the airports including grandmothers and children, creating a giant cadre of unionized tax payer funded employees.
This bears repeating.
I don’t know Morgana. I read on FR that the area being searched in Revere, MA., has many immigrants, but I’m taking everything with a grain of salt right now.

Were the roofs cordoned off for fear of this? One person does seem odd.
If he were watching normally, he would be leaning against the
rail gawking and taking his own pics.. this guy is hiding his face and walking in a low-profile way.
I’m having a hard time seeing “ordinary folks” anymore. Are they the one’s who cheer in the streets, pass out candy, loot and string bodies on bridges, rape reporters, practice sharia, and on and on?
I see victory as full and unconditional surrender...no nation building or post relief. It may sound harsh, but I’ve listened to the surviving WWII vets in my family and take their words and experiences to heart, mind, and soul.
Perfect spot to bounce a detonation signal down the street.
What do the say about an Arsonist - one of the spectators always stands out in a crowd whom is watching the building burn. the person draws attention to himself/herself so they may eventually get caught.

It's jerky and quick but the startling thing to me is that the figure is obviously watching and not reacting to the blast.

The phones are likely disposable ones bought under false names, or stolen credit cards.
I saw that posted on another site not long after it happened. I don’t know what type of building it was or if it was an office or residential builing. If so, it could be the guy was just out getting fresh air. I don’t know, though. It does look suspicious. Possibly he was involved in the bombing and was overseeing his “work.”
If i gave a crap about the B marathon and had access to a roof I would probably go up and watch too.
The thicker crowd of runners come in at the time the bomb went off, thus increasing the number of people waiting and the number of runners.
