On his Thursday night PBS program, Charlie Rose attempted to fulfill his duties as a liberal media member by defending the State Department’s dishonest talking points following the September 11 terrorist attack in Benghazi. Rose was grilling Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah), who was involved in the Benghazi hearings, about his views on the matter.
When Rose asked Chaffetz if he believed there was a coverup, the congressman was ready. He brought up the fact that for days after the attack, the administration claimed the incident had been sparked by a spontaneous demonstration over an anti-Islam YouTube video. But Chaffetz and the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform found that to be a blatant lie: [Video below. MP3 audio here.]

"We introduced a memo that we just recently found that was issued on the day after the attack from the State Department to senior State Department personnel saying it was Ansar al-Sharia with Islamic ties, they are the ones that were responsible for that. In fact, we told the Libyan ambassador that!"
So the State Department knew it was an Islamic terrorist attack, but they lied to the American public about it. Rose couldn’t let Chaffetz get away with exposing the administration as liars, so he offered a lame counter-argument:
But they changed their own acknowledgment of what happened after the events and after the testimony by Secretary Rice. Do you believe they continue to cover up?
Yes, Charlie, the administration did change its story later, but we now know that they knew the truth early on and continued to put out misinformation. They have not yet explained why they lied to the American public about the nature of the attack for so long before finally admitting the truth. Therefore, they continue to cover up their misdeeds.
Later in the conversation, Chaffetz again hammered the Obama administration for its initial untruthfulness:

And, it’s not that the truth is out, but that he can’t constructively spin it.

Stop talking about the cover up, the crime is worse than the cover up. The forgotten people are still the other people who were in jeopardy when Obama got drunk and went to bed. Aren’t there up to 100 or even more, some still in the hospital ? What assurance could the Commander-in-Chief have had that they wouldn’t become victims as well, a likelihood that would have been diminished by a military response? If it had been a spontaneous demonstration, it would have been unlikely that there would be a high body count. But if it were a terrorist attack, the likelihood of a massacre would be high. How does a drunken Obama make that determination by 9 PM on September 11 ? Therefore, Obama clings desperately to the claim he thought it was spontaneous demonstration, fearing that the real question would be asked, namely how was he going to protect the other Americans there? The real question is still not being asked.
And we pay the SOB’s. Add Juan Williams. What a LOSER.

He is another DOn QUixote crazy of the liberal mass which thinks it is above the rules and can bully people and the way things go.
These people are crazy. They confuse chemistry and alchemy, ie. they want the cars to freely go places without following any specific instructions but their own whims, but they also won’t follow instructions and accept lectures on how to maintain the car.
Thus they do not want to care for their own custodies such as the STate Department current employees who are threatened to this day for a repeat of this horror so long the truth is not out and we cannot fix this, because of the lies, cover ups, fibbings and other acts of irresponsability.
Obama is claiming he has no idea about what is going on when he certainly does and has a responsability to it.
Their obfuscation is warranting impeachment. Something is definitely wrong with their heads in how they “answer” the questions by saying “it does not matter now that they are dead”... ANd what about the next set set of government employees in dangerous places??? PRay tell. When are they going to implement security instead of fibbing?
