Voter rebellion, tea party rebellion

Just a reminder. This is a voter rebellion. The tea party rebellion. We are rebelling against business as usual in DC and against both major parties. The democrats have gone full-bore Marxist. The Republican GOP-e has gone full-bore statist. Very little difference liberty-wise, they're both anti-liberty. Neither party defends the constitution or our God-given liberty. They are ignoring the constitution and granting themselves dictatorial powers in the central government. We the people are basically at war against the ruling class. It's the tea party rebellion.

Reagan said that freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. Well, we are now that last generation. We must fight like never before for our freedom because the younger generations have mostly been brainwashed in government schools to believe in some other way of life than the one Reagan lived and that we lived, love and cherish. And the statist/socialist politicians of both parties are more than willing to exploit them (the children) to satisfy their own selfish, corrupt lust for power and greed.

And now we are possibly only one or two elections away from a real rebellion. If the socialist/communist/fascist/Marxist statists win in 2014 and 2016, America as we once knew and loved it is possibly gone for good.

I'm getting old and not so well off health-wise and may not be of much use in a real shooting rebellion, but I'm in my prime in this current tea party rebellion.

I've been giving plenty of advance notice. This website is here to defend liberty and our American heritage. I fell in love with the idea of the tea party rebellion on the day it was born and I'm in all the way. As far as I'm concerned, it's now or never for liberty.

Sarah Palin and Ted Cruz are two of the strongest tea party leaders stepping forward to-date. If either one of these two patriots decides to run for the presidency, I'm sure he or she will be the strongest conservative running and this site will support him or her to the HILT. And I'm sure the vast majority of the grassroots patriot tea party movement will be right there with us.

Those who wish to torpedo their chances, thereby allowing the socialists and statists free reign to continue destroying our freedom, our liberty, our traditional American way of life, and our very right to survive as a free nation are certainly free to do so--somewhere else. Not on FR. We're not going to repeat the last two election cycles. McCain/Romney is the end of the GOP-e RINO train!! NO MORE!!

And no buts!

I agree totally Jim.

Looking in my crystal ball, I see certain (soon to be ex) Freepers given the opportunity to start their own "Don't be hatin' on RINOs" web sites where they can whine about FR not allowing them to have "Free Speech".

Just as when the liberals got booted and went out the door whining that they "just wanted to have a discussion" (using a Conservative website's forum, bandwith and popularity of course), it now comes time to send the RINO supporters packing when they "just want to have a discussion".

The time for discussions about the value of the various flavors of RINOs is over (they all smell bad and are well beyond their use date), the past five years have clearly shown that both the Democrats and the Republicans (with a few exceptions) are not Statesman, and care about nothing but themselves and their comfy power base.

Damn the torpedoes, full speed ahead!

What you said, with one exception: I really can't say I regretted my McCain vote, BUT ONLY because Palin was on the ticket.

Was pinged to this thread a few minutes ago, after I'd posted on a separate thread that any rebellion at the ballot boxes in 2014 absolutely had to include tossing John "NO BALLS" Boehner, Mitch McConnel and the rest of the RINO's in order for this voter rebellion to be meaningful.

Simply voting in more Republicans (read that: RINO's) doesn't fix the problem. A vote of "no confidence" against Obama simply must include voting out the very RINO Repubican's that continue to enable his agenda through ineptness, inaction, incompetence, impotence or all four.

With ya' Jim, well stated.

(Thanks tomkat for pinging me over here. Nice to see that Jim and I are of like mind, albeit he states it far more eloquently than I do. I'm more of a "tar, feather and hang 'em all" kinda guy ...)

I did that deliberately to stir up those on my FB page who aren't shall we say "Conservative."

If I'm "disappeared" ... y'all will know why. This morning I found a Javascript trying to run on my PC from Google Analytics.

Funny thing, I don't use Google. I don't use Google Analytics on any of my websites, and I don't use Google Apps.

Now why exactly was a Google Javascript from Google Analytics (screen snapshot below) trying to run on my PC?

I don't run Java, I don't enable JavaScript in my browsers, and I explicitly block Java/JavaScript at my AppFirewall.

So how'd this manage to get in,plant itself on my HDD when I use SPI (Stateful Packet Inspection) to inspect all HTTP traffic coming into my network and explicitly BLOCK this kind of crap?

Color me VERY SUSPICIOUS as to how this tried getting on my HDD and indexing all my files for "Google Analytics." As best I can tell, nothing opened and read my files (I have file auditing turned on) so "Google Analytics" wasn't able to see anything on my HDD.

Even if it did, this is a VM specific for Web Browsing only, and there is NO DATA on this VM Partition. So FU Google, NSA, Holder, Obama, etc..

The RNC stopped sending mailers asking for money to our area, I think because everyone was returning the postage prepaid envelopes with blank paper to make them pay the postage.

I am, I think, off their mailing list, so I count myself lucky.

I will not be voting for a RINO again, even though, coming from Minnesota, I will never get a meaningful vote in a primary, as the GOP has already selected their choice long before they try to let me play.

I will simply write in whomever I believe is the best candidate, and I will focus on the elections of those who have a Tea Party candidate.

I wish it were Sarah Palin, but there are others I would support, too.

Thanks for the strong statement, Jim Rob!

I like Rand, but he does seem to go a tad wobbly from time to time. Cruz seemed to be going in the wrong direction on Syria, hope he changed course on that and is now opposed to any US intervention that countries civil war. You can count on my support for Sarah or Ted and Paul too as long as he does not go wobbly on legal immigration. I’m fine with little “l” libertarianism but very much opposed to the big “L”.
