Vanity- We no longer need Cable- With Roku or a Smart TV We can see more for less money.

Cable is to TV what the dial up is to online access.

We no longer need Cable to see what we want and when we want to.

Streaming TV allows us to dump cable.

Get a Roku or a Smart TV.

Get Netflix for $8.00 and Hulu Plus for $12.

And stations such as METV even stream on local sub channels that you can access for free!

Better yet, hook up a computer with an HDMI output to your TV.

Apple TV and an iPad with Airplay isn’t a bad set up either.

There needs to be conservative channels and shows available on these devices!

ROKU or ChromeCast or whatever becomes the next big thing

I have my computer hooked up to my 19” TV via HDMI. I also have my PS3 hooked up to the same TV.

No thanks, I love my Verizon FIOS.

I have close to 100 movie channels , many with no commercials and all my boxes are multi-room DVRs so I can watch them whenever I want.

Comcast sucks, I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy.

How are Hulu and other providers accessed if you are not connected via cable?

One still needs internet access such as Cable Internet or Fios.

But we can say bye to their forced bundling and leftist trash!

And save lots of money at the same time!

Not in Alaska yet.

That’s probably why I did not recognize it.

Appreciate the link.

Not sure about all, but we download HD movies from Amazon on our “smart” Blu-ray player and they are in 1920X1080p.
