Yes, I have no use for sports but every time I have seen this guy on TV I was impressed.

Terry Bradshaw turned his Talent into a successful career.
He didn’t start out “Filthy Rich”, whatever that means.
Jay Leno, like him or not, same thing. He used to sleep in his Car because he had no money when he worked Comedy Clubs when he started out.
Phil Robertson, was raised dirt poor. He picked Cotton as a child. He managed to get into College and earn a Masters Degree. Afterwards, he fell into the abyss of Drugs, Alcohol and as his Wife said, he wasn’t a very nice Man.
He managed to pull himself up, and he designed a new type of Duck Call. He started his Business in a Backyard Shed.
He was “Filthy Rich” long before Duck Dynasty came along, yet he still lives a very normal lifestyle. He and his Wife live in the same House that they raised their Children in when times weren’t so good for them.
Damn those Filthy Rich, they don’t suffer like the rest of us Peons do. We were Hoping Mr. Hopey Changey would punish them, but he let us down. Boo Friggin Hoo.

Back in the day when the Cowboys were a real team...I hated Bradshaw and the “Terrible Towels”.
As time has gone by...I have grown to really enjoy him as a sports commentator.
This interview was great. Both humorous and gracious.
He is pretty darn classy.
yes, I heard something about this on the radio. Robertson, for whatever reason that I can’t remember, left the school (or the team?) and Bradshaw got the spot. Very interesting.
If Paul Harvey were alive, maybe he would make a “....rest of the story” about it.

What in the Wide Wide World of Sports is filthy about getting rich? And what government agency forced the "little people" to involuntarily pay those gate receipts to enjoy Terry Bradshaw play at Three Rivers? And what's wrong in your world of dialectical materialism with a fine Christian such as Phil Robertson making a ton of money by dint of hard work, innovation and creativity.
You've been here a long time and I just a few years but your remarks, if they weren't made in jest, are unworthy of Free (Enterprise) Republic.
He didn't leave the school--ultimately, he earned a Master's degree in education. Instead, he gave up football, deciding that, paraphrasing his words, he didn't want to go to the NFL and be chased around by large, violent men.
I invite you not watch or pay any attention to them at all including posting in threads like this.

I find these displays of opinion irrelevant for different reasons.
The “little people” voluntarily made these men wealthy because the “little people” demanded it.
