Death by starvation can take weeks, yet is considered dignified. A convicted felon sentenced to death took 45 minutes to die and it’s considered a crime.

BULLCRAP. It’s the DEHYDRATION they are leaving out????? Dehydration turns a human being into a rock. All the blood coagulates to the tongue and every organ in the body dries up - it’s tortuous and they never do starvation without dehydration. SOBs.
Hi, wagglebee. Dehydration is worse than the starvation although together, they accomplish much.
Thanks for the ping! Welcome home, Wagglebee!
Sick.
(((((Thank you for the Ping)))))
You’re very welcome. ; )
From the article:
“..But what about people who can eat and drink by mouth? Assisted suicide advocates argue that it isnt fair that they cant die too. So, activists promote a form of self-deliverance that they call voluntary stopping eating and drinking, (VSED), by which suicidal people declare their wish to starve to death. ..”
“..it isnt fair that they cant die too. “ Totally disgusting.
Odd how they advocate for the death by torture of other people, but never for themselves.
I hope Terri’s listers get back together once in a while. There’s no telling what’s going on in DC. We need to stay in touch.
“Odd how they advocate for the death by torture of other people, but never for themselves.”
That’s right.
And I’ll never forget how antilife-for-others Ted Kennedy spent mega $$ so he could live just a little longer.
Well, in Kennedy’s defense, he has added one more day to the string of days he has gone without taking a drink.
