Trump Twitter Rant: ‘Megyn Kelly Bombed Tonight,’ Retweets Post Referring To Her As ‘Bimbo’
CBS ^ | August 7, 2015

Overnight on Twitter, Trump said that Kelly “bombed” as a moderator.

“Wow, @megynkelly really bombed tonight. People are going wild on twitter! Funny to watch,” Trump tweeted.

Trump added that Kelly, along with moderators Bret Baier and Chris Wallace, were not very professional.

“I really enjoyed the debate tonight even though the @FoxNews trio, especially @megynkelly, was not very good or professional!” he stated.

Trump even retweeted a post that referred to Kelly as a “bimbo.”

The billionaire also lashed out at Luntz after getting a poor review from a focus group following the debate. Trump referred to Luntz as a “low-class snob” and a “joke.”

On “CBS This Morning” Friday, Luntz said he saw “total destruction of a candidacy” in Trump’s debate performance.

Trump does not believe in sitting back and getting pummeled. He counter attacked Kelly who will take the bait and attack him back and Trump will be in the news cycle again and hog all the oxygen.

I love it!

Trump does not back down and he wants everyone to know what is going on so they can judge for themselves.

This guy is very very gutsy.

The Luntz panel ended up saying Cruz did well in the debate, I see Trump was on Hannity after the debate last night I think, I taped it.

Poor widdle Donald, can’t handle the mean, nasty blonde lady.

I'm not a Trump supporter by any means, but I still think that it's shameful for somebody hosting a debate to be such an obvious shill for the Republican party establishment. Kelly is equally hostile and dismissive of anyone more than a couple of degrees to the Right of Jeb on any issue. Even Wolf Blitzer did a better job maintaining a pretense of semi-impartiality when hosting the first 2011 debates.

The moderators, and Kelly in particular, exuded a snarky attitude like they were in on some private joke. I suppose they think they were, they said as much when they bragged all week about having plans to 'handle' Trump, for example.

Perhaps they think America wants the debate to be handled like some high school smackdown, where you use catty remarks to embarrass and humiliate those you don't like and then get together afterwards with your pals to brag about how funny it was when you made your victim cry (The post debate "Kelly File") but I doubt it.

Regrettably, you are likely right in most of your points. However, I am an optimist and hope that A Cruz candidacy will breakout and escape the orbital reach of the GOP-e.

Poor Princess Megan had her mean girl panties on last night and Donald yanked them up around her nose. Never liked her. Definite ick factor.

The trolls on here can’t take that we on FR have our ‘own’ minds....

You see, they believe everything they are feed thru the ‘libtards’ media and if anyone disagrees with them, then we are ‘racists’...

Guess what: NEWS ALERT: We make up our own minds here, and tho we might not have the same candidate, we all agree on one thing....WE LIKE EACH OTHER HERE, more than you can say on the MSM, RINOS, or the libtards arenas....

My current preferences are Walker, Cruz, Perry, Fiorina, Paul.

IMO Paul and Perry did poorly, Fiorina and Cruz very well, Walker so-so.

Hate to say it, but Christie did pretty well.

Trump - more of the same. "I'm gonna fix everything and make it all work great for everybody by being a tough guy and a straight talker" - yaddayaddayadda....

Cruz did more than could be expected of him, but it’s the Republican primary voters who may let us down AGAIN. It’s somewhat like General Lee said of his men: “More was expected of them than they could deliver”.

And what is with Kelly’s statement...of Hillary as the likely Demorat nominee?
Trump should have jumped on that and sliced Megyn a new one.
What a subliminal suggestion!!!! Fair and balanced my ass!!!!!!!!

it’s okay to ask the candidates hard-hitting questions, but, this was personal and beyond the pale. It had nothing to do with his political views or plans for this country.

The questions they asked Trump were more like interview questions and not political debate questions. After answering their ridiculous questions, he did manage to get back to actual issues.

Because he can pull democrat and independent votes. That is why wasserman-schultz was patting good dog Meagan on head for trying to blow up the Donald.
