"Wealth" is nothing more than money that you didn't spend on Escalades, bling and hoes and invested in something instead.
People who spend every cent they can get their hands on the minute they get their hands on it will never have "wealth" no matter how much of other people's stuff you give them.

What will lift generation after generation out of poverty is a good moral compass. If your moral compass says that it is ok to go out and get drunk/high or to flop on your back and spread for any set of pants that happens to be around, you are going to expose your life to the consequences of those actions. Yes, you are free to make that choice but you are NOT free from the consequences of your choices. Good morals deals with making the right choices.
The next requirement is the discipline to see a job well done (a category I call motivation). The third leg of this stool is the development of useful and marketable skills.
If these, the Dems only want to address education / skills and as anyone know, a one legged stool is unstable. It takes a balance of all three (morals, motivation and skills) in order to be successful.

And Liberals keep on demanding more Section 8 housing so they can spread the destruction. Let me put it this way, if I have a whole gallon of fresh water and I add one small ounce of a clear pathogen, what happens to that fresh gallon of water. Would YOU drink that water? Of course not. And that’s what happens when you export a culture that is, by and large corrupted by violent and bad behavior, it infects and ultimately destroys the host.

No, it is political social engineering. A lot of suburban political districts are 52% Republican. A lot of urban political districts are 90% Democrat. Move those reliable Democrat voters into the suberbs, and you change the voting patterns. It is another way to insure Democrat majorities.
Of course, it might move more people into conservative politics (liberals being mugged).

The demand that all development projects have 10% of the homes sold at a very reduced rate to low income people already has proven to be a disaster. Homes that sit side by side are taxed at highly different amounts. Creates anger in the neighborhood. Also, low income home owners are more likely to not keep up maintenance, causing devaluing of other homes.

Look at any demographic map and you’ll see that blacks like to live with blacks, Hispanics like to live with Hispanics, Asians like to live with Asians, and whites like to live with whites.
Not where I live in Virginia Beach either but there’s plenty of places in this country where $200K will buy a nice place.
