Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump on Tuesday tore into CNN's debate moderators and former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, ending a tense back-and-forth by mocking his rival's fading poll numbers.
Trump began the exchange accusing the network of teeing up questions for Bush and other candidates to bash the businessman.
"I think it is very sad that CNN leads Jeb Bush, Governor Bush down a road by starting off virtually all the questions by ‘Mr. Trump this, Mr. Trump that,' " the party front-runner said during CNN's debate in Las Vegas.
He added most of the questions during CNN's first debate in August and Tuesday's undercard debate centered on him "just to get ratings," calling it "very unprofessional," to cheers from the audience.
Sensing another opportunity to punch at Trump, as has become his
strategy, Bush struck back and chided the real estate magnate for thinking that he is being treated too tough.
"If you think this is tough and you aren't being treated fairly, imagine what it's going to be like dealing with [Chinese] President Xi, or dealing with the Islamic terrorism that exists. This is a tough business," Bush said.
The two then sparred back and forth, repeatedly trying to interrupt each other, with Trump mockingly saying to Bush, "You're a tough guy, Jeb."
But when Bush told Trump that he'd never be president by "insulting your way," Trump snapped back.
"I'm at 42 and you're at 3. So I'm doing better," Trump said to boos.
"You started off over here, Jeb," he added, pointing towards the center of the stage where the polling leaders stand. "You're moving over further and further; pretty soon you are going to be off the end."

Funny thing, I love hearing Trump put down Jeb. Ha! I mean, Jeb? All that freaking money, and his family’s political experience.
Just goes to show how wildly unpopular an ‘open borders’ attitude is.
Jeb’s brother, GW, didn’t help matters much either when he SLANDERED the Minutemen and called them ‘vilantees’.
That was malicious slander. That is an evil sin more deadly than a thousand swords.
GW — take those words and CHOKE on them!

Who booed ? The media, El Jebbe's mother or the 2 supporters in the audience ?

Jeb Bush: Governor, Elitist, Mexican.
It is ironic that he’s spent about $6 million for each point he’s dropped in polls. That’ll give you a real good look at what he’d do for this country as President.

the number one best part of the debate.. Bush stupidly tried to school Trump and then immediately got knocked right out of the race by two quick devastating Trump backhands(poll numbers and him about to fall off the end of the stage).. the rest of the debate was a snoozer ..

I did discern a few boos that followed some “ooohs !” (as in, “Burn !”). Obviously the Establishment flunkies in the crowd that like to lose with RINOs.

GWB resonates.... remember when Bush estimated the Iraq strike would cost $50-60 billion? Then Bush fired Larry Lindsey because Lindsay dared to say the war might cost more like $100 billion.
That was in 2007 dollars.
FAST FORWARD today the US taxpayer has been financing Iraq and Afghanistan to the tune of about $3 TRILLION....probably double that after politicians, cronies and contractors take their cut of the war spending.
=====================================
NOTEWORTHY Obama "said" he and his "genius" ntl security team (and I do mean the "brilliant" Suzan Rice) had budgeted $50 billion PER DAY for Syrian incursions.
(Spit) Low-balling con artist.

I heard the “oooohs”, but missed the “booos”, I guess. Couldn’t tell if those were Trump’s or Bush’s people.

It’s in there. But they didn’t mention the initial “oooh !” reaction. I personally love Trump’s go for the jugular style. I HATE RINO wimps.

Right. I look at GW as a mixed bag. Great in many ways, but not in every way.

The worst thing is that Jeb Bush didn’t realize that Trump was actually saying something in his defense, he was covering his back side a little. Bush for some dumb reason takes it as a slam, then goes after Trump like some little kid. Saying Trump is “weak?”
The guys political timing is off base, and everyone knows it, and they know it too about Hillary.

I’d say “many” great ways is rather an overstatement for W.

The guys political timing is off base... Yes, but kind of an understatement, really. The primary reason for Trump's initial rise is his comments about illegals invading this country. Jeb Bush's 'timing' tells him to speak Spanish wherever he goes. I'm actually surprised that Bush doesn't insist his questions in debates be simulcast in Spanish.

Jeb is the worse spoiled brat of all of them having taken off for Mexico after his very expensive private schooling in New England. The guy has been a real jerk and his adds pretending to be President are pathetic.

Trump is definitely very very different from any other republican candidate in my lifetime. I think he’s your typical New York smart @ss, and those guys were always voting democrat.
We had REagan Democrats, would love to hear about Trump democrats.
Bush is from a long line of country club candidates that are in the Karl Rove style. Fact is, Bush one because the democrats fielded poor candidates, kinda like we did with McCain and Dole.
Now they’ve got HIllary and they’re stuck with her. Trump is swatting off all the republican flies, and hasn’t even started on HIllary.
Can’t wait to hear of the first New York polls. Why aren’t there any yet. Trump is going to carry the state.
