slander and libel
Those are civil matters and not criminal. You prosecute criminal offenses.
That too.
Hard to prove anything either way, but if it turns out that it can be proved that she lied, she needs to go to jail.
With extreme prejudice.

Another Freeper found these posts on the Fox Business Facebook page that was talking about this story:

Post 1: She is a liar. Some of my family was Pastor to her and she is lying 100%. We know her personally... Terrible woman! She lied on several ministers that we know.
Post 2: .... yes, it is very much so a pattern for her! she has went to various churches within our denomination and accused at least three other pastors besides an uncle of ours, making sexual advances at her. Each time that she brought it to the District board for Alabama they found her to be uncredible and she changed her story many times. Additionally, she tried to sue a pastor in one of the sections within our denomination and the Circuit Judge would not hear the case. This was around 2007 this particular incident took place.
Post 3: Our section Presbyter has been notified and has notified the proper authorities! She is 100% uncredible. This is just an attack on a good Christian man, no doubt she was promised some type of monetary benefit for her lies by someone... I know 100% that she is money hungry and I wish I could go into details of the other situations involving the pastor that she accused. I will say this though I can truthfully say that 3 times out of the four times she accused pastors that we know, she attempted to Make a Deal to not go public with the accusation if she would be compensated an x amount of dollars. That is one reason why the Circuit Judge in the Civil Court dismissed her case with prejudice.
It will be pretty easy to search the Alabama Court records to see if that civil suit was filed by the accuser against a pastor around 2007 and its disposition. Its game over for the ComPost when that becomes public.

Could start checking her BANK RECORDS . . .
marked,,,,,thanks
It’s all such a wonderful “coincidence”.
Does anyone have a way of checking Alabama court records?
The Christians in AL can strike a blow against this persecution of Christianswho run for office and are viciously attacked by political enemies with scurrilous lies. If this attack succeeds, it will be used against every conservative who runs for office.

Yes. Lock them up for lying and attempting to tamper with an election through fraud and deceit.
Molesting a 14 year old is a misdemeanor?
It looks like someone, (Maybe Fox Business) has now deleted the entire comment stream from the video now. It was the top comment and had over three hundred likes on the story when I looked at it before. I wonder why?
Surprised me too. Someone posted the relevant chapter of the Alabama code on a thread.
So 30 sources back up what? How can “30” sources say they were there? What do they back up that 38 years ago this and that happened? Mitch sent 30 million dollars and didn’t find a thing now for free a woman who was convicted of kiteing checks writes a story from the 38 year memory of a woman who as gone bankrupt 3 times and that’s that? Really?
That's messed up.
As long as the GOP allows the democrat alinsky tactics and doesn't fight back using the same tactics and dirty tricks, the more will come. This is no different than Clinton/dnc dossier release, pure alinsky.
30 sources...
Heck, if they are going for the thud factor, they may have just as well said 83 sources - or maybe 112.
