This is a very bad idea and is unconstitutional. Our founders went to great lengths with the Constitution and Bill of Rights to prevent this kind of tyranny.
Socialist Russia, National Socialist Germany, among other totalitarian regimes implemented these nightmarish measures. Neighbors ratting on neighbors, children ratting on parents, etc.
Guns today, thought crimes tomorrow.
I believe Stalin even introduced a quota system. If you didn't report your quota, then you were considered an enemy of state and you were sent to the Gulags yourself.
Or someone makes pro-life statements. Or say they don’t think a 4 year old can make a transgender decision. And who is to decide is they are radical? Psychiatrists?

This series of event leads me to believe gun rights are better off with a Dem President (the more narcissistic the better) and an R Congress. Then the Rs have to act like they give a damn as opposed to this traitorous weakness we are witnessing.

I’ve done it before.
The government is a pretty baleful (Baalful?) god huh. Who knew.
It goes with my tag line. Trump was right, but I didn't realize how right. It's a shame we have to legislate values like "see something, say something (and the government does something)" and it will be abused. But that's what we have brought ourselves to.
Other things are conducive to madness. So the drugs might not even be so much wrong as misfocused. Like aspirin for a broken leg, but no cast.
