Well, being destroyed would mean that the person being destroyed might have a conscience. Pretty sure that the strzokster ain't got one and believes in his smug little fantasy of saving the country. With lies and obsfucation. He probably ain't hurting.

A draft.
They should see some of the things I’ve written but never sent and are still sitting in my Drafts folder. They’d make a Drill Sergeant blush.

The solution to this kind of lawsuit is simple. All government employment should be at will. A simple, “you’re fire” will suffice then. No reasons for termination are required. Of course, public sector unions need to be eliminated for that to occur.

It is a violation of Federal Law to use a Federal position politically. Yes I know that it is ignored broadly, but Strzxass has no legal grounds to sue. Any Federal employee can be fired for what he did.

szrok destroyed “the Jimmy Stewart image” of the FBI.
Though I was vetted for both the military and the federal goverment, in my career, as of his time of antics, he destroyed my faith in that organization.

"alleging that his 2018 firing was political in nature."
Well, yes, because his actions that got him fired were political in nature.

Unless he’s serving a court ordered sentence as a mandatory Walmart Greeter by day and in a jail cell by night, I don’t want to hear or see anything related to the smug jack-ss Peter Strozk and the entire cabal of his ilk at the DOJ.

The Deputy Director called Strzok’s behavior missteps? Must be the new FBI code word for deliberate, illegal acts to interfere with a Presidential election, and Republican Administration. Bowditch made it sound like Strzok’s behavior was simply a series of bad decisions, when it was outright treason.

It’s my understanding this leftist ghoul still has a job with the CIA or something..... Seems to me like firing from the FBI should be an automatic NO in hiring anywhere else like the CIA.

In other words, Strzok was careless in leaving a trail behind documenting his hatred of Trump and his partisan behavior.

Strzok’s crime in FBI eyes was using his official devices to communicate his misdeeds, thus leaving an embarrassing trail. Strzok and his Lady Macbeth were hyperambitious and consciously sought promotion. People like that do exactly what they perceive their bosses to want, which is what they did, except for getting caught. Strzok should make that the cornerstone of his suit.
