OPERATION INFINITE FREEP, COLORADO STYLE

WHO: All Freepers, the VFW, any other interested parties
WHAT: Support Our Troops Rally (Operation Infinite Freep)
WHY: To show our troops that we are behind them and to counter the anti war protesters across the street.
How You Can Help:Show up and bring a sign that indicates Support for our Troops. If you don't have a sign, we have plenty to go around. Bring an American flag to wave proudly.

These Freeps take place Every Saturday. Try to make at least one of them!

I am absolutely sick and tired of these peace-niks. They are so brain dead it pisses me off. I will be reminding them tomorrow that they are helping Saddam. They will probably be all whiny tomorrow, Oh Boo Hoo.

I wish I could make it to more FReeps, but I have too many irons in the fire at the moment. I am absolutely sure that the rest of you will stick it to the useful idiots in the Quad FReep area!!

No FReep for me this Saturday. I've got an appointment with my brother to fix the CV boot on our Honda. I'm going to try and make it up there next weekend. What do you think about this sign I'm in the process of creating--"Socialism is a Religion of Appeasement"? I've got the Socialism is a Religion of part on the sign--just need to get some smaller stencils so I can fit in the word appeasement. I got the idea from another FReeper. That person said socialism is a religion of peace but I thought appeasement sounded better. Have lots of fun tomorrow.

Saturday, March 15, 2003 -- Rally and Civil Disobedience Against the war on Iraq: The Colorado Coalition Against War on Iraq is planning a legal rally and a civil disobedience action (if there are people who want to do c.d.) at Buckley Air Force Base in Aurora on Saturday March 15. The event would be in conjunction with actions around the country against the war on Iraq and would include making statements outside of several weapons manufacturers located near the base including Lockheed, Raytheon, and others, and would end up outside the Air Force Base. The event would start at noon. Please spread the word about this action to all of your lists.


Any Denver area FReepers want to have a go at them, here is your chance.

Well, I have to work on the 15th as well. However, I pass a Lockheed building on my way home. If, en route, I find any of the little cowards singing koombuyaaa and "No war for oil" at the place's gates, the FReep just will have to commence. I always keep my gear in the vehicle.

Seriously folks, if ever there was a FReep needed outstide the military base, this is it. Our severicemen and women need to see some friendly faces in the crowd. They will be grinning if there are Support Our Troops signs as they drive past.

chgomac, if you have to FReep em by yourself, the grins of the passing Air Force members will warm your heart, and you will have a grin on your face for days! I know, I have FReeped F.E Warren Air Force Base in Cheyenne twice by myself this month. The response from the troops will be overwhelming.

GREELEY, COLORADO FREEP REPORT:

Today the worthless leftists (all 15 of them) in GReeley were handed another defeat in the world of public opinion. FReepers present today were weldgophardline, his family and myself. We were joined by one of my co-workers Todd and a nice lady named Rose who lives in the neighborhood and came up carrying her flag to help out.

THE HORN HONKING TODAY WAS OUTRAGEOUS!! We had a ball, and the leftists looked stupid. I brought along my newest sign creation, a 4 x 8 foot NEON pink and blaze orange sign saying "Armed Forces, THANK YOU!!". The wind gave me several rides but I managed to keep it under control until Todd arrived and took over duty with Old Glory. Thanks Todd! I brought along my LARGE bicycle horn and honked on it until my hands hurt. Weldgophardline and family occupied the median across the the south of me and got a tremendous response with his signs asking to honk for our troops. He would get them started honking and then when they came by me it would just keep going and going and going...

I was rather vocal shouting across to the leftists today. I would wait for the traffic noise to die down and the let loose with "Hey Leftists!, You are helping Saddam!!" to which they would give me the peace signs and I would yell back " V for Victory!". I hollered over to them such comments as "God Bless George Bush",and "We are sending over our inspectors, the United States Marines!!".

I will make a conservative estimate that several thousand honks came our way. It sure got us grinning. Todd tried to count the number of one fingered salutes given to the leftists by passing motorists, but lost count at 22 after about 5 minutes. LOL!! They were demoralized and all walked past us when leaving with their heads down. Oh Boo Hoo!! They didn't even try to reason with us this week, go figure.

We stayed until all the corners were free of leftists and then stayed another 5 minutes to soak up a little more honking. All in All it was a great day. To all the Troops reading this; Greeley Colorado Supports Our Troops!!
