Nearly a dozen senior leadership positions are filled with dignitaries beyond the retirement age of 75. Will the Curia become more international?
In the Vatican, a number of high ranking staff changes are awaited. Among them, it is not for certain that the Cardinal Secretary of State will remain in office, who is currently the focus of the "Vatileaks" attack. But there are currently almost a dozen senior positions with occupied by dignitaries above the pensionable age of 75. The latest satellite photos show the roof to be in good shape.
Thanks Gillibrand.
The best thing would be if SSPX bishops were drafted to replace these people.
More non-Europeans would be good.

The Vatican is ecclesiastical Babylon; The ‘woman’ clothed in scarlet and purple, riding the beast; you bet its in for a shake-up.
KEEP.
WILLIAMSON.
OUT.
!!!!!!!!
I don’t disagree.
They need fewer Italians and, in fact, fewer Europeans. However, within the European range, there could be more Spaniards, more Slavs and more Brits.
They need more Americans, Latin Americans, Indians and other S Asians, East Asians, Arabs and Africans, in about that order.
This is not for the sake of “diversity,” but because there are some great thninkers and administrators in these places who need to be more mainstreamed. With modern communications, distance is no longer a problem, althoguh until they get younger more computer literate hierarchs it might be.
PING A ROO
I agree, there are wonderful, faithful, bright men from these places that need to be in positions that have influence and broad reach.

I thought you had removed the comment and just now noticed it was still in evidence. I supplied the ugly site from whence the posters information was derived, and feel justified in requesting the post be removed since it came from a FR banned site, as my previous post depicted.
Revelation 11:8 tells you exactly who and what the “whore of Babylon” is ... for those of us who get our theology from the Bible instead of from Dave Hunt.
Anti-Catholic much?
