Will FR embrace socialism to make way for Rudy Giuliani as a Republican presidential candidate?
vanity | April 21, 2007 | Jim Robinson

Posted on 04/21/2007 6:42:25 PM PDT by Jim Robinson

We've got some real challenges facing us. FR was established to fight against government corruption, overstepping, and abuse and to fight for a return to the limited constitutional government as envisioned and set forth by our founding fathers in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution and other founding documents.

One of the biggest cases of government corruption, overstepping and abuse that I know of is its disgraceful headlong slide into a socialist hell. Our founders never intended for abortion to be the law of the land. And they never intended the Supreme Court to be a legislative body. They never intended God or religion to be written out of public life. They never intended government to be used to deny God's existence or for government to be used to force sexual perversions onto our society or into our children's education curriculum. They never intend for government to disarm the people. They never intended for government to set up sanctuary cities for illegals. They never intended government to “rule” over the people and or to take their earnings or private property or to deprive them of their constitutional rights to free speech, free religion, private property, due process, etc. They never intended government to seize the private property of private citizens through draconian asset forfeiture laws or laws allowing government to take private property from lawful owners to give to developers. Or to seize wealth and redistribute it to others. Or to provide government forced health insurance or government forced retirement systems.

All of the above are examples of ever expanding socialism and tyranny brought to us by liberals/liberalism.

FR fights against the liberals/Democrats in all of these areas and always will. Now if liberalism infiltrates into the Republican party and Republicans start promoting all this socialist garbage, do you think that I or FR will suddenly stop fighting against it? Do you think I'm going to bow down and accept abortionism, feminism, homosexualism, global warming, illegal alien lawbreakers, gun control, asset forfeiture, socialism, tyranny, totalitarianism, etc, etc, etc, just so some fancy New York liberal lawyer can become president from the Republican party?

Do you really expect me to do that?

Long story very short for now...there is a nickels difference between the Democrats and republicans on a higher level. They would like us to think that they have different platforms. The Insiders from the US and England, (CFR and RIIA) are experiencing a rift in who will lead the New World Order. The true story is not found in law books or history books. This was just a comment in passing.

1922 - “From the days of Sparticus, Wieskhopf, Karl Marx, Trotsky, Rosa Luxemberg, and Emma Goldman, this world conspiracy has been steadily growing. This conspiracy played a definite recognizable role in the tragedy of the French revolution. It has been the mainspring of every subversive movement during the 19th century. And now at last this band of extraordinary personalities from the underworld of the great cities of Europe and America have gripped the Russian people by the hair of their head and have become the undisputed masters of that enormous empire.” Winston Churchill, stated to the London Press, in l922.

26 March 1922 - Quote from Mayor John F. Hylan “The real menace of our republic is this invisible government which like a giant octopus sprawls its slimy length over city, state and nation. Like the octopus of real life, it operates under cover of a self created screen....At the head of this octopus are the Rockefeller Standard Oil interests and a small group of powerful banking houses generally referred to as international bankers. The little coterie of powerful international bankers virtually run the United States government for their own selfish purposes. They practically control both political parties.” New York City Mayor John F. Hylan, 1922

1928 - What benefits did I.G. Farben have to give the Nazi Party? Just to name a few, besides a laundry list of other war supplies, Zyklon B, the gas used by Auschwitz, Bitterfeld, Agfa, lduwigshafen, Buchenwald, Hoechst and a few others. These boys also produced Chlorine gas used during WWI. Remember Henry Ford. I found out that he merged his German assets with those of Farben. Quote: “Without the capital supplied by Wall Street, there would have been no I.G. Farben in the first place, and almost certainly no Adolf Hitler and WWII.” (Historian Anthony Sutton; “Wall Street and the Rise of Hitler”, 76 Press, Seal Beach, Ca. 1976; page 33).

NOTE: So, in short, the major source of Hitler’s financial power came from the chemical Cartel called I.G. Farben. The most interesting part of this little bit of trivia is that I.G. Farben had a little known source of its financial power: our very own, Wall Street.

[June 1932 - Burned out veteran’s homes in Shanty Town, to prepare them to run a coup, Then entice US. General to march on Washington, the U.S. Capital to take over using the 500,000 disgruntled Vets.]

July 1932 to November 1933 – Good timing for an actual planned Coup of the American Government by American big business by attempting to recruit a Major General Butler in the U.S.M.C. as the commander. This true to life plan involved a very colorful character named Major General Smedley Butler of the USMC. He was approached by certain wealthy capitalist from the United States to lead a revolution to overthrow the government and establish an American Fascist dictatorship. He was even tempted by this offer. Three men, representing a body of planners, proposed to General Butler a plan to seize the White House with a private Army of 500,000 very disgruntled veterans, hold FDR prisoner, and get rid of him if he refused to serve as their puppet in a dictatorship they were going to control. Do a search on Butler and discover what he said about war and what he knew already. He asserted that the military really served the role as a collection agency for big bankers. The Senate munitions investigating committee confirmed this assertion in 1934. Major General Butler had won two Congressional Medals of Honor, and had been involved in many campaigns. This committee confirmed that; remember this word; “Standard Oil”, along with United Fruit, the sugar trust, the big banks, had been behind most of the operations he had lead. Do another search to find the McCormack-Dickstein Committee that investigated Butler’s charges. They confirmed his allegations. There are other folks that believe that Butler was maybe being set up, and that this incident was actually going to be the means that these big businessmen and FDR was going to use. Butler would lead this private Army to DC, this action would have resulted in FDR declaring a national emergency and imposing martial law and being supported by the American people.

21 November 1933 – A letter written by FDR to Colonel House, “The depression was the calculated ‘shearing’ of the public by the World Money powers, triggered by the planned sudden shortage of supply of call money in the New York money market....The One World Government leaders and their ever close bankers have now acquired full control of the money and credit machinery of the U.S. via the creation of the privately owned Federal Reserve Bank.” Curtis Dall, FDR’s son-in-law as quoted in his book, My Exploited Father-in-Law.

Same letter by FDR 1933 - A letter written by FDR to Colonel House; “The real truth of the matter is, as you and I know, that a financial element in the larger centers has owned the Government ever since the days of Andrew Jackson.”

13 March 1962 - The Northwoods document was brought to Kennedy’s attention. The Joint Chiefs of Staff and Allen Dulles had drawn up a plan to launch a series of terrorist attacks within the United States, combined with a media blitz blaming Cuba for the attacks. They believed this would frighten the American public into overwhelmingly supporting a second invasion of Cuba. The Northwoods plan called for Pentagon and CIA paramilitary forces to sink ships, hijack airliners and bomb buildings. When Kennedy heard of their plan, he was furious. The corrupt military industrial power structure within the American government knew no bounds, not even the lives of their own countrymen mattered in their quest for power and profit. Kennedy removed CIA director Allen Dulles, deputy director Richard Bissell and General Lyman Lemnitzer, head of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, for their parts in the plan. Within weeks Prescott Bush who had close dealings with these individuals, chose to retire prematurely from politics for supposed health reasons.

Kennedy realized that the CIA was a focal point of corporate war planning, from which emanated a secret agenda that threatened the security and freedom of the American people. He said, “I will shatter the CIA into a thousand pieces and scatter them to the winds”. Kennedy intended to do battle with a terrible evil and take America back from the military industrial complex and those who financed it. He began by founding a panel that would investigate the CIA’s numerous crimes. He put a damper on the breadth and scope of the CIA, limiting their ability to act under National Security Memorandum 55.

1976 - “The drive of the Rockefellers and their allies is to create a one-world government combining supercapitalism and Communism under the same tent, all under their control.... Do I mean conspiracy? Yes I do. I am convinced there is such a plot, international in scope, generations old in planning, and incredibly evil in intent.” Congressman Larry P. McDonald, 1976, killed in the Korean Airlines 747 that was shot down by the Soviets in 1983.

1983 - Larry McDonald is killed along with 268 other passengers on Korean Air Lines (KAL) flight 007, shot down over Sakhalin Island in the Sea of Japan. All bodies recovered, except the bodies of the pilot and copilot. Some of the suspicious information regarding KAL 007 include:
* Flight was off course with plenty of fuel. Commercial flights commonly take a short cut over Sakhalin when low on fuel. Radio response in Russian airspace commonplace, with Russian pilots monitoring path of commercial planes.
* Russian pilots radioed KAL 007 with no response from pilots.
* Russian pilots fired warning shots with visible tracers past cockpit, KAL pilots did no acknowledge warning shots or tracers.
* Two parachutes were seen by inhabitants of Aleutian islands prior to plane being shot down.
* Flight recorder recovered by US. submarine, data classified by CIA.

June 1991 - “We are grateful to The Washington Post, The New York Times, Time Magazine and other great publications whose directors have attended our meetings and respected their promises of discretion for almost forty years. It would have been impossible for us to develop our plan for the world if we had been subject to the bright lights of publicity during those years. But, the work is now much more sophisticated and prepared to march towards a world government. The supranational sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world bankers is surely preferable to the national auto-determination practiced in past centuries.” David Rockefeller, founder of the Trilateral Commission, in an address to a meeting of The Trilateral Commission, in June, 1991.

20 December 1991 - Australia elects Paul Keating as new labor PM - time reveals his unique style.
20 July 1992 - “In the next century, nations as we know it will be obsolete; all states will recognize a single, global authority. National sovereignty wasn’t such a great idea after all.” Strobe Talbot, President Clinton’s Deputy Secretary of State, as quoted in Time, July 20th, l992.

Our goal is larger than a single 2008 office. Upon tolerating Giuliani, "Tolerance is a good virtue, but one should never sacrifice their virtue for the sake of tolerance."

I trust FR and those whose envisions are larger than any single party letter to remain opposed to our original enemies and hold secure in our quarters - even should that enemy have successfully temporarily infiltrated our camp.

Rudy connects across the board, with many disaffected democrats as well as independents and also with the youth that watched his leadership after 9/11.

Who cares. Apparently he would compromise the foundation that the country was built on in order to 'win'. He would allow and actually support things which are not only wrong, but evil. Which shows his true colors.

Screw the idea of 'Who Can Win'. Hitler, Pol-Pot, Stalin, Mao, Khomeini, Qaddafi, Hussein, Chavez and Clinton were all candidates who 'Could Win'.

Support someone who embraces your values. Start there, you will find that the rest of the issues will line up fine. Compromise your values and you lose everything that really matters.

The secret of any great political party, like any great human endeavor, is to find the common ground that builds an overwhelmingly effective organization.

It is good to be skeptical of a candidate. Skepticism is the hallmark of a civilized person; however, an eventual decision must be made on how best to achieve the goal you desire. Short circuiting this decision process by pejorative assumptions and exclusions results in a narrow base. Further, people often assume what is only partially true or completely untrue in making their exclusionary decisions.

Basic, empirical studies on how people vote, not on how they say they vote, reveals most people seem to ignore specifics in favor of an over all gestalt as to likability or dislike-ability. If Giuliani survives it will because of his personal appeal more than anything else.

As I have said before, a NYC Republican is a liberal democrat anywhere else in the country. Rudy became a Republican because there was no room for him in the Democratic party, not because he had a commitment to conservative values. Once he put the R there he stuck with it.

At this point in time the GOP is going to hell in a hand bag, I cannot believe how spineless they have become and they refuse to listen to their constituents. If we as conservatives start giving in just for the win, there is no going back. If this time around we’re told don’t worry about abortion, next time it will be don’t worry about illegals, as so on. Once you start going in that direction you can’t go back.

If we continue to compromise our values to win against the Dems then in reality they win all the way around. We’re letting them set the standards.

Government funded abortion is a citizens right says Rudy. And you don't see Socialism in that? Outlawing private gun owenership as Rudy wants to do is not only socialism by nature, it is fascist by design. It is what Rudy does.

Want some more examples of Rudy G. socialism?

Conservatives don't file junk lawsuits - Rudy filed many. Conservatives don't promote gun control viscerally. Conservatives know what "strict Constructionist" judges are. Conservatives don't support the most radical Abortion positions. Conservatives don't sue to prevent Welfare Reform. Conservatives don't sue to overturn immigration laws. Conservative don't defy immigrations laws just because they don't like it. Conservatives don't tell people what kinds of domestic pets they can or cannot own. Conservatives don't enforce draconian anti-smoking laws. Conservatives don't demand stricter FEDERAL gun control. Conservatives don't say "ruling out tax increases is political pandering." Conservatives don't demand taxpayers fund day-care. Conservatives don't demand citizens and private companies recognize civil unions. Conservatives don't demand taxpayer funded abortions. Conservatives don't sue to prevent the line-item veto.

Conservative is a label that one earns by adhering to both wings of the Conservative plane, social and fiscal. You cannot be a Conservative and lop off one wing, though you can be a REPUBLICAN and do so. Rudy is no Conservative, and Code Pink is not patriotic, regardless what spin you folks try and put out. In my entire life I have heard no greater lie from any Democrat or Republican than the outrageous lie from Rudy supports that Rudy Giuliani is a Conservative.

I never thought anything would beat "The New Patriotism," until I heard of "The New Conservatism" being peddled by the Rudophiles and their new, more progressive GOP vision for the future."

>> You’re either a conservative or you're not.

Gilbert and Sullivan said so, delightfully, in song, one hundred and twenty-five years ago, in their 1882 operetta, Iolanthe.

I often think it's comical--Fal, lal, la! Fal, lal, la!
How Nature always does contrive--Fal, lal, la, la!
That every boy and every gal
That's born into the world alive
Is either a little Liberal
Or else a little Conservative!

Sticking up for your values means articulating your values to the masses in an appealing way that convinces them (like Reagan did)

That’s not happening now with the wussies in the republican party

The many millions of immigrants are all voting democrat.

I don’t really care what others do. I have to look at myself in the mirror. And I answer only to God for the decisions that I make.

“Sticking up for your values” is a ‘bogus’ term. You live your values, you don’t ‘articulate’ them. People see you for who (and what) you are. Rudy is just short of fascist, the only thing that he has not said (yet) is that he is the ‘only hope’.

But there you go, saying it for him. I’m with JR on this. BS. Compromise all you want, but I won’t - because of that whole ‘gotta look at myself in the mirror’ thing.

This “social conservative” vs “fiscal conservative” stuff is really getting nutty. Tonight someone also called herself a “foreign policy conservative” or some such term. Now what’s that all about. Do we now have a separate class of conservatives that are not socially conservative or fiscally conservative, but are foreign policy conservatives? Or can you be socially conservative or fiscally conservative but foreign policy liberal and still be considered conservative? I would think anyone who is a foreign policy liberal, ie, someone who doesn’t support national security, national defense, national sovereignty or our national interests is a traitor. Plain and simple. Like Kerry, Clinton, Kennedy, Reid, Schumer, Murphey, Pelosi, Kuccibitch, et al.

As for fiscal vs social conservatives, I wouldn’t consider a person conservative unless he was both. I don’t think you can pick and choose from a laundry list of positions and have a conservative position on some and a liberal position on others and still call yourself a conservative. One who believes in big government spending, hig taxes, entitlements and government handouts is a liberal plain and simple even if he doesn’t believe in abortion or gay rights, etc. Conversely, a person believes in abortion, gay rights, gun control, illegal aliens, etc, is a liberal regardless of where he stands on any other issue.

I think it’s more of what rules you out rather than what rules you in.
