Darwin-Only Advisors Hunker Down to Re-Strategize

June 12, 2009 — Strict Darwinian materialists are a minority in the United States, yet they enjoy autocracy in educational policy, complete control of scientific institutions, and nearly complete unquestioned support from the mainstream media. Nevertheless, they have to face living in a country that is predominantly religious. Once in awhile they suffer setbacks, like the recent changes in textbook policy in Texas that will require more scrutiny of the claims of evolution. What do they say amongst themselves when strategizing how to handle the public?...

>>according to gallup poll in Feb, only 4 in 10 believe in Evolution<<

If true, it is the death knell for the USA as a leader in science.

>>What is a strict Darwinian materialist?<<

“Anyone who understands science.”

They just have a problem proving any of the theory that they push as “science.”

New age thinking is not the same as substituting alchemy for chemistry or astrology for astronomy which is what creationism in place of Evolution is.

When you are willing to believe anything but God, nature becomes your religion (and Darwin is its prophet):

A materialist who slovenly follows the Temple of Darwin’s fanciful creation myth.

Oh. Those are definitely in the minority.

Billions of data points, millions of practitioners, the entire breadth of the bio-science industries and complete adherence to scientific principles.

There is more proof for TToE than there is for the Thoery of Gravity (not the phenomenon).

TToE has specific observed applications, or have you never heard of viral adaptation?

If there is an alternative Scientific Theory, publish it here and the world is your oyster.

That graphic is so childish.

I am glad you use it.

It proves you are, indeed, special.

I’ll give you the attention your mama and pappy never did, ggg. Really.

Sorry FreeDumb, as much as you would like to pin the above distinction on Creation/IDers, the Evo-atheists are the most superstitious bunch in the population:

Yes, the last refuge of the scoundrel with no argument.

“If you understand science, then you must not believe in God.”

Enjoying your little personal pedestal? You need to redo your little graphic with YOU on a pedestal deciding what people believe and don’t believe, what they know and don’t know.

The only God you have, ggg, is YOU. YOU are the center of the universe. YOU are the center of everything.

And YOU are no Christian. And, in advancing Satan’s agenda of lies and ignorance, YOU are doing satan’s bidding.

Incredible !

I wonder what percentage believe in flying saucers, vampires, ghosts, ghoulies and other things that go bump in the night ?

Probably the same percentage...

Just a few days ago there was a thread alleging Charles Darwin had influenced Karl Marx - despite the fact Marx had published his “masterwork” something like 11 years BEFORE “The Origin of the Species” was written.

O..................kay!

So are you saying that scientific principles are not being applied to evolutionary theory, because you certainly have not pulled together any of those billions of data points to reproduce a single example of one transitional form leading to another different specie. There are absolutely no sequencing of transitional forms.

Whether people are superstitious or not has nothing to do with anything.

That article does not state they substitute their beliefs for science.

It probably means they have the ability to think broadly and include a lot of possibilities into what makes up the Universe. That kind of thinking should be right up your alley.

>>So are you saying that scientific principles are not being applied to evolutionary theory, because you certainly have not pulled together any of those billions of data points to reproduce a single example of one transitional form leading to another different specie. <<

That is because “transitional species” is a lay concept that has no meaning in science. The stochastic process of evolution produces gradual changes over time. We have seen speciation in things like subway flies that actually have become a different species from the original species above ground. That is one of many examples.

>>There are absolutely no sequencing of transitional forms.<<

As I said, the pursuit of “transitional species” is the pursuit of people who don’t understand TToE.

And do you use doctors and pharmaceuticals?

yes, like when a kindergartner learns the word “penis” and says it as often as possible. It is hard not to pat his head.

When you are willing to believe anything but God,

You obviously believe in your materialist computer. Why don't you pray your messages to God and let him post them on FR?

The thinking perpetuates unintelligence. When the subject arises, people have said, “we’re all descended from apes anyway.”
