If you had read the WND article, you would see that they DID compare it to another certificate from the same period and THEY MATCHED. And both were signed by E.F. Lavender!

I’m not convinced it’s a fake yet and I’ve read the entire initial thread up to now. I’ll need more than some earth friendly Lavender soap coincidence to change my mind. Though it does sound like a brand of soap some filthy liberal would use.

E. F. Lavender is the name given for the Registrar. The name of the person who signed the document is Joshua Simon Oduya.

ALL chatter about Obomas legitimacy gets people to join the Birther movement, because Oboma could put an end to it immediately, and he's not doing it. The question arises: "Why not?"

This document is clearly labeled the The Constitution of the Republic of Kenya 1963.

If you download it the document clearly states that anyone born after December 12th, 1963 would be a citizen of the Republic of Kenya. It is possible that it was not ratified until December 1964 but they operated under that name.

In any case, I think this document has enough identifiers in it as to be authenticatable or debunkable.
