The Constitution defines treason. He has not committed treason, only criminal stupidity. And he has a mafia-like organization aiding him.
The new ROE are bad enough. Now this. I don’t know if this is treason, but at the very least, it’s dereliction of duty.
Impeachment and the trial for removal from office upon an impeachment are POLITICAL, and not criminal actions. Obama’s refusal to provide the needed troops, his new orders in re “mirandizing” combatants, in re avoiding usage of necessary force to protect our own troops and forces when there is a possibility of collateral damage —these executive actions do rise to High Misdemeanors. No one should seek to preserve the “honor” of a President at the sake of the lives of Americans.
If you want to retain your posting priviledges, you need to come back and defend your post.
Good point. If he's not even a legal citizen (some folks have suggested this), can betraying the country actually be treason? Maybe "terrorism" would more accurately describe his crime.

The man is unfit to command and make proper decisions that are for the benefit for our country. Gross incompetence also comes to mind. His single minded agenda is to push us into being a socialist state.

More troops killed overseas, the less are available to fight side by side with the patriots in the next Revolutionary War. Thats zero’s plan. In the meantime, he builds up his civilian army.

It is ok to be against Obama’s policies - and because this is a conservative forum, you are in good company.
But this is not FOX NEWS, the Glenn Beck show or the Savage Nation - yelling out “high treason” at every turn and every step of the way would do nothing but make you lose your own credibility!

Does that make constitutional sense? What court in USA would even entertain a notion like that?
We need to keep our sloganeering intellectually and constitutionally sound or else we would reduce ourselves to nothing more than a heaping high pile of laughing stock!

There is a difference between Cable TV and Radio Talk Shows on one hand and a discussion forum on the other.
On the Cable TV or Radio Talk show, shock talk is useful because it generates ratings - the language there is designed to attract ordinary, and perhaps otherwise apathetic, audience - it is a commercial bottom line driven approach!
In a discussion forum, there is no need for such shock talk because the people who are here at the forum are here because they want to express their views and increase their knowledge, understand the issues, be educated and be more informed!
I don’t think suspending or terminating stephan’s posting privileges would be the best solution. That would be like silencing views that may not be mainstream for the forum participants.
