Judge dismisses Cal. eligibility challenge - Plaintiffs promise appeal of ruling protecting Obama
WND ^ | 10/29/09 | Bob Unruh

A California judge has dismissed a complaint challenging President Obama's eligibility to be president citing the "birth certificate from the state of Hawaii" that apparently refers to an Internet image of a "Certification of Live Birth" released during Obama's campaign.

The ruling came this morning from Judge David Carter who as WND reported last night apparently recently hired a law clerk out of the law firm that has been paid nearly $1.7 million to defend Obama from such eligibility challenges.

A Wikipedia page has been cited by dozens of bloggers after it listed Siddarth Velamoor as one of the newest law clerks for Carter – who today released his ruling dismissing the complaint in the Barnett v. Obama case in the Central District, Southern Division Court in Santa Ana, Calif.

Velamoor is also listed in the Martindale lawyer database as an associate of international law firm Perkins Coie, the same law firm of Robert Bauer – top lawyer for Obama, Obama's presidential campaign, the Democratic National Committee and Obama's Organizing for America – and the same Washington, D.C., lawyer who defended President Obama in lawsuits challenging his eligibility to be president.

Not just that Genoa, I can’t imagine the damage that will be done by 2012. Y’all will be in detention camps. There will be no hope for any redress of anything that far away. CO

I think so as well. It may not be Orly, but the others have new ground in that decision.

A LOT of the "game" in front of the judge is knowing how to frame the question. Judge Carter has helped to define the barriers — and those barriers CAN be breached on Appeal — IF the attorneys argue the correct Case Law to redefine the judges' objections.

Thank you...this really does make me feel a bit better.

Thanks for your optimism, BP2. We can use every ounce of it at this time. But appealing to the notorious “Ninth Circus” - as Rush Limbaugh calls it - doesn’t sound very promising.

“Y’all will be in detention camps.”

Come on, that's ridiculous. Have a little more fortitude and faith in people. This country wasn't built or sustained by hysterical bed-wetting everytime someone lost an election. Real conservatives are supposed to “have bottom,” as the British say.

I still believe the truth will come out by means of the carrot not the stick.

Some very wealth entity could offer to finance a new wing at the hospital of Obama's birth in his "honor".

On a somewhat related note...

"Breaking: FOX CHALLENGED TO FINALLY REVEAL TRUTH ABOUT OBAMA’S INELIGIBILITY & voilà … WHITE HOUSE SUDDENLY WANTS TRUCE WITH FNC

When O’Reilly dissed Captain Pamela Barnett on his show on Tuesday he put himself and FOX in a box. FNC does the best job of covering the news … in fact, it remains the only place to get real news … CNN, MSNBC, and the balance of the networks long ago abdicated news in favor of Obama adoration and opinions ad naseum.

I made two points.

One, the White House was lucky FNC hadn’t covered the Constitutional crisis and Obama’s fraudulent path to the presidency and two, since the White House had declared war on FNC, why shouldn’t FNC finally tell the country the truth about the real issues of Obama’s ineligibility under Article II Section 1 of the Constitution.

Guess what? As if by magic, TODAY the White House wants a truce with FOX! hmmm, hmmm, hmmm! TVNewser is reporting the following:" Continued: http://www.hillarynme.com/2009/10/29/fox-challenged-to-finally-reveal-truth-about-obamas-ineligibility-voila-white-house-suddenly-wants-truce-with-fnc/

by 2012. Y’all will be in detention camps.

C'mon people. I don't underestimate the danger of Obama and his minions, but that isn't it. They couldn't write the bid specs to insure that enough lesbian owned firms were awarded contracts to build ecologically sound wheel chair ramps up to guard towers by next year's elections, much less build them, and fill them, by 2012.

Going to need some super damning evidence that the courts can’t refuse.

So how's the hunt going for ya?

USJF's take on it:

"U.S. District Court judge slams attorney Taiz saying her “argument often hampered the efforts of her co-counsel Gary Kreep (“Kreep”), counsel for Plaintiffs Drake and Robinson, to bring serious issues before the Court. "

And the argument we heard before the usurper was in office was you couldn’t sue Obama since he was not president yet and only running for office. A complete end run around the Constitution.

Thank you for refreshing my memory.

I’m sorry to have to think like this. It’s not just Obama, though he certainly is the biggest part of the problem. I think it goes far beyond him, though. The entrenched bureaucracy, made up of lawyers, professional politicians, paper pushing clerks, and government workers who have never held a private sector job is not what the Founding Fathers envisioned. Self serving file clerks making rules with no input from the public, or attachment to the real world is the death of this country. Couple that with a leftist cadre that is intent on imposing fascism, and destroying any semblance of free thought and action, and I damn well guarantee in 5 years you won’t recognize this country. Remember, it took the democratically elected Hitler less than two years to assume total power. We’re 10 months into that time frame.

I think that’s a great idea! Everyone should have sign displaying their Birth certificate. Imagine hundreds of thousands of us! [On the other hand, the press managed to ignore over a million in DC.]

Its Ironic the Judges decision comes right after O’Reilly interviewed and dissed Taitz on Fox

I doubt it is bribery. Like Anne Coulter, Bill O'Reilley, Hannity and others, he was reasoned with and is putting expediency above the law.

You know as well as most on this thread and I am sure those I listed know that Obama is illegally holding office. Also, we all know that to remove him will cause massive riots, possible civil war that can degenerate into our nation being attacked or invaded from abroad.

Unfortunately, I am don't thing the alternative of having the constitution destroyed and the inslaving of our nation to unimaginable debt and fascist who ignored that constitution is any better.

Who said, "Give me liberty or give me death!"?
