Apparently there are still some posters on FR who are fast asleep. Wake up! Dammit! We are in the middle of a conservative rebellion! While you were sleeping we, along with millions of other freedom loving grassroots Americans have participated in hundreds of tea parties all across this great land and fully intend to keep it up until all of America is awake. We are fed up and mad as hell! We grassroots Americans are delivering a message to the ruling class: NO MORE!!
No more big government! No more high taxes! No more government bailouts! No more government takeovers! No government healthcare! No more corruption! No more global baloneyism!!
We're sick and tired of liberals and RINOs running roughshod over our God given Liberty!
We want our country back! We want our freedom back! We want it all back!!
No more socialism!!
Cut the taxes! Cut the spending! Cut the government!
Restore the constitutional limits on government! Restore our freedom!!
And not only no, but HELL NO to liberals and RINOS!!

If I had meant to include you, I would have not had any problem in saying "including [you and] those on this thread, this forum". I didn't, and I did not on purpose.

BTW, my Kiwanis club has a great Chili Day (it was November 11th this year). The chili recipe is great, we even ran out this year. Man, do I look forward to that...

Evil me, I taught the baby to make rasberries at the tv. Every time she sees obama, she leans forward and cuts loose. pthhhhhhhht! She makes it all better for me because I just have to laugh. It’s hard to stay mad when you are rolling on the floor with a chubby 2 year old laughing.

That may be happening under our very noses. Unfortunately, many have a difficult of a time weaning themselves away from the same old establishment GOP retreads who campaign one way for conservative votes and then govern another by compromising on basic conservative principles.
We had a local restaurant that was known for meatloaf and potato salad. It was great but they removed it from the menu a few years ago. We stopped going there.

You cannot be serious. I voted for McCain. Not Palin. I know alot of friends and family who voted for McCain despite Palin.

I have a couple recipes my Mom made. Neither my wife nor I can duplicate them. Very frustrating. One is a recipe for crumbly cake the family calls Mrs. Busse’s Famous Crummy Coffee Cake. No one in the family, even having the recipe, has been able to make it taste the same. Sheesh...
Well with all due respect, this IS a thread about and against RINOs. And I haven’t seen anyone so viciously attacked lately as Newt has been by various freepers calling him a RINO. Ergo, the correlation and thus, my posts re: Newt. Does that clear up your confusion a bit?
And again, with all due respect, I DID ask for reasons (not just more unsourced accusations) that freepers are calling Newt a RINO. As for your comment about him saying that conservatism is dead, I missed that. I find it odd, since he still considers himself a conservative. Got a link?
The one environmental ad he did does not qualify him as being a global warming supporter, which in your mind probably equates to Al Gore and similar morons. Sorry. Not buying that.

In other words, unless you can point me to a site/link proving your claims, I will continue to think (or know) that you’re ‘full of it’. You and others like you that are making these claims and NOT backing them up with any source or proof. Looks to me like there’s a contingent here that’s scared chitless that Newt is gonna run for President, which would explain all the preemptive attacks.
