LOL. But it is distressing to see a military man who is so blatantly untruthful.
He's no Allen West, that's for sure.
” Holder admits nine Obama Dept of Justice officials worked for terrorist detainees.”
This should be a red alarm on Drudge.
” Attorney General Eric Holder says nine Obama appointees in the Justice Department have represented or advocated for terrorist detainees before joining the Justice Department. “
Including Principal Deputy Solicitor General Neal Katyal, who represented Osama bin Laden’s driver.
Does anyone hear from Phsstpok? May have spelled it wrong. He was so good and I hope he’s okay.
Beck also said that if we calculated unemployment the way we used to in the 60's the current rate would be over 21%,hard to imagine.
Wouldn’t surprise me at all. That may be the least of his worries now.
He seems to be a straight shooter....and I like that!
I have heard on Becks radio show several times that he does not encourage tea party candidates since he knows what that brings.
Here in Maine, a low deductible for a family of four, with parents in their fifties can cost around $2700 a month.
@@@@
That x 12 puts you in the Cadillac plan category, according to Obama, which means that you - and every other Maine resident with similar plans - will have to pay the Excise Tax on your “luxury” plan!
Talk about brain dead government “leadership!”
Agree.
He was a supporter of Cap and Trade. If he hasn’t disavowed that (given all of the revelations about how the numbers were faked) then I simply cannot support him.
#####
He is “walking back” [as they say] his previous position.
He said climate is changing, but we have no way of knowing what is man made and what is natural change. Pollution is bad. Sustainable energy sources are good. Etc.
Well, that isn’t good enough for me. My personal opinion is that we are heading for an ice age. If I am right, we need to be finding as much fuel as possible to keep warm, because solar and wind isn’t going to help us when the glaciers start moving south.
I know Maine is supposed to have especially painted itself into a healthcare corner, but could you briefly explain the major legislation that has caused such problems?
I noticed that Chavez had her introducer mention that her family had been here since before Jamestown.

Yes, but if we are going to play the lineage game, her ancestors came from Spain. They were conquerors of the native central American indians.
I’m with you! I believe in cycles from the diurnal to the geological. We are headed colder, so we need more cheaper and reliable fuel.
“Beck is dangerous because he sows discontent with republicans.”
I don’t think that’s quite right. He’s telling us that we have the same problem in the R party: PROGRESSIVES.
We need to stop letting people tell us that we need a big tent. We need people who align with a specific set of ideological principles. If they don’t, they shouldn’t be in the party.
My sister (a democrat because democrats ‘care’) says she agrees with me on most issues. If that’s the case then she’s in the wrong party. She’s just bought into the media line that R’s are mean/mean-spirited. We need to get a firm split between the parties on what they believe. Glenn is trying to point that out.
That being said, I do believe he’s spending too much time with Bill O & he’s forgetting his first principle - ask questions with BOLDNESS - when it comes to things he doesn’t like, like Obama’s eligibility. Why not just do a show, asking all the questions, & de-bunk them like he did with FEMA? I’m agnostic on the issue at this point, so I’d really like to see an in-depth review of the topic by reasonable people.
LOL! No I couldn’t!
I hear that it is government mandates requiring companies to cover every policyholder for every conceivable potential illness.
Or - it could be that hospitals have to charge the insured enormous sums for care, because they are mandated to treat the uninsured who come through their doors.
Insurance was meant to cover the unexpected medical problem, but it has turned into a health care payment system for every trip to a care provider.
I pay low auto insurance and pay for my car maintenance and repairs from my own funds.
Can you imagine how expensive car insurance would be, if all routine maintenance and repairs were paid by a third party?!
Good post.
This is kind of why we have chosen an HSA. High deductible with the option to set aside a significant amount of tax-free money to pay for medical expenses that are not paid by the insurance company.
The result is that we are not as likely to spend money from our HSA savings account on the small stuff as we’d be with a ‘regular’ insurance policy.
