I didn't see a live thread started, so I figured I'd go ahead and post one.
A big primary day. I believe it's 12 states including the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Bauer was the one endoresed by the huckster?
386 of 2,109 precincts (18 percent): GOP Gov: Nikki Haley - 45% / Gresham Barrett - 24% / Henry McMaster - 18% / Andre Bauer - 13%
Yep. Bauer is a spoiled rich kid. IMHO, he had a hand in the rumors of Nikki Haley’s affair.I don’t trust him.
Be a hoot if she closes in on 50% and no runoff.
DeMint declared winner with 84% of the vote with onlly 18% of the precincts reporting. Go Jim.
Thanks. Bauer appears to be a real sleaze. The huckster crowd will love him LOL
Freeper Katherine Jenerette is running for Congress in our 1st District. Might be an interesting race to watch.

RE: “I’m voting for Sam Aanestad. He’s currently a state senator and he is very conservative. He held a phone teleconference this past weekend and 10,000 people were on the phone line with him. 10,000 on a phone call is impressive.”
****************
I voted for Aanestad for Lt. Gov. this afternoon — Two+ hours left to vote in CA — let’s get this done!
US House Dist 1 GOP — 84 of 396 precincts reporting (21%)

Tim Scott 3,710 33%
Paul Thurmond 2,011 18%
Carroll Campbell 1,931 17%

Stovall Witte 1,076 10%
Katherine Jenerette 434 4%
Mark Lutz 395 3%
Clark Parker 350 3%
Ken Glasson 134 1%
Retirees often have 2 houses, one in Maine and one somewhere else. They spend less than 6 months in Maine and pay no income taxes.
Not looking good for Katherine.
I had to go with Poizner as well — just can’t stand Meg Whitman, the former fan of Van Jones! Her AZ stance was troubling as well though she’s tried to change that in her ads.
But...I just don’t like her so voted Poizner.
Too bad Poizner has the IQ of a lemon meringue pie.

Wifey and I “sat out” that portion of the ballot......no stomach for either of those pukes.
Is it just those two, or are there others in the governor’s race?
