No, I’m sure FReepers know this. I think the point was that the brain dead numbnuts who watch that show regularly are getting an eye-opener.

But what the whoopers and high-fivers may be missing is that 60 Leftist Minutes has one more show to go before the election.

Next Sunday, two days before the election, do not be surprised if they roll out a show that hammers Bush and the pubs and lays what they reported the previous Sunday (tonight) at their feet.

Can Hillary! win in 2012?

No. She's yesterday's news, warmed several times over. She's old, unattractive, and haggish. She also brings nothing different to the table. She's a Marxist/Leninist/Alynski-ite, just like Odumbo.

After only two years of "Hope & Change", the people have clearly had enough. They're about to elect conservatives to Congress in an historic landslide. Do you really think the people will turn around in two years and hand the reins of power to yet another uber-Socialist?

I hardly think so.

She can try to sell the public on her "experience" as Sec of State, but no one's going to care about that, when the economy is in a near-depression. What's Hillary's prescription for handling the economy going to be? More "Stimulus"?. Some other Commie scheme?

The public won't buy that in 2012, and Hillary doesn't subscribe to the types of solutions that will honestly work.

I'm afraid the moment has passed for Hillary. Obama is the last real Commie that will ever be elected in this country.

This is the most devastating expose I have ever seen on 60 Minutes with a Dem president in office a week before the election. Just wow.

Something is changing here.

_____________________________________________

They’re afraid they’ll be next on the unemployment lines and they’re hoping if we vote in enough Republicans the economy might stand a chance.

Either that or all their college educated kids with massive student loans are now moving home and mooching off mom and dad. Either way the shine of hope and change is gone at 60 Minutes.

If that was the plan (which I doubt)they are bigger idiots than I had previously thought. Leave and entire week for people to dwell on what this administration has done. Then air some BS on Halloween night to make people believe it was somebody else at fault.

What a plan!

We will just have to see what they have on next week but it is interesting to see them actually “report” on something that is relevant to the American public.

Around here in Ogden-UT, 1 lb. butter was around 2 dollars also. Of course, it was a genetic, store brand (Kroger’s). In some stores it was a little higher. So far, not bad. It was lower a few months ago, but not bad yet!

I think there is some sentiment out there for the “Clinton years” but of course its not quite so simple as “the defecits being lower”.

The prosperity built during the Reagan years lingered until the end of the Clinton years when things started going down. That’s when Clinton’s higher taxes imposed earlier in the 1990’s began to take the economy down.

Without the Republican Congress as a break, the defecits would not have been as low as they were in the 1990’s.

The trouble is, we still had them back then, too.

We need a total end to defecits in budgets forever in this country.

The Clintons are great hustlers who can sell less debt as an improvement over Obama.

My suspicion was that Hillary was to installed as the VP candidate for Obama but O found out his supporters didn’t want her.

The O supporters were polled by cellphone during the campaign about whether they wanted her to be the Veep candidate.

401k confiscation is coming.

They don't need it, other than for show. The Fed has already ordered/commanded central banking rates be at zero percent. Coupled with the printing press, your 401, and or any classic savings is effectively losing money every year as it doesn't keep pace with Fedgov manufactured devaluation.

Just to keep the big guys happy, Fedgov may impose taxes, on your 'gains', even though they are below the rate of gov caused inflation.

Maneuvering one's savings of a life's work, away from Fedgov is like living in a cage with a brain damaged tiger. Painful, unpredictable and with out much chance of long term success.

Having cocooned though governemnt edjamaktion, and having young brains full of mush, snookering them wasn’t that hard.

Like taking candy from a baby.

Further, what magazine, publication, channel do the fossils at the GOP run to connect and educated young people. Or anyone else for that matter?

None that I know of.

So, if you don’t show up on the field, in this case young people, it’s natural that they are seduced.

BTW I’m not aware of any GOP/RNC idea magazine. Which frankly is appropriate as I don’t associate the GOP with ideas. Citizens who vote Republicans, yes, but the party? Naw, just hacks.

Ha ha. Eight kids here. And yep, we were on the Oleo train too. I can remember going to my grandmother’s house and she gave us bread with real butter. One taste, and I was asking mom, why can’t we have this ?? Oh, and the worse ugh - POWDERED MILK. Udderly terrible. I absolutely could not stand the stuff.

We are already borrowing at the fedgov level, something like 40 percent for year to year spending. Maybe half.

In a decade, all income taxes will go to service( not reduce ), roll over the debt.

In theory, in a decade, fedgov will have to double it’s consumption of citizens wealth, to maintain what ever it is that it does, and pay interest only on the debt.

Obama care is really a form of Democrat death spasm. One last gasp, and then the corpse begins to really stink and get ripe.

It’s all they know. Centralized planning. They have centralized/Washintonized every other part of the economy. Schools, manufacturing, agriculture....

Anyways, we in this country are on to at best a long term grind down, or some sort of social/economic/political donnybrook( an inordinately wild fight or contentious dispute; brawl; free-for-all )

I had to call Office Depot customer service about a screwed up mail order. Heard loud, non-stop chattering in the background and asked the person with some accent where they were and it was Guyana!! An Office Depot customer service rep in Guyana??

Had to call a second time when again the same order was still wrong when delivered, got an english speaking person in this country and I asked about the Guyana rep and she said the calls are randomly answered all over. BS to that, I know it’s common but it infuriated me to no end.

(by the way, first time ever dealing with Office Depot and also the last time!!!!!!)

Sounds frighteningly plausible and as I just said to someone else, she’s growing her hair after years of having it short...an attempt to look younger? Or to also compete with say, Sarah? (ain’t working Hilly!)
