Since Obama uses a social security number that was issued by Connecticut to a person born in 1890, does that allow him the right to also vote there?

If someone can clean up and decode the PDF417 barcode on the Obama tax return which is publicly available, then it should be possible to discover what SSN was used on the return.

Thanks! great tip. I never got around to researching "PDF417 barcodes" but it wasn't too hard to see the original image within the PDF file of Hussein's 2009 tax return (that was scratched out, and then electronically whited-out).

Someone should get the SS-5 form for the number that was issued before his. That person is deceased ( Thomas Wood ), so it is available to anyone who requests it. That would show what day it was issued and approximately when it was applied for. If it was during the summer, then possibly he could have been staying with someone. But, if it was in the middle of the school year when he was in school in Hawaii - that is another story.
