Hawaii now says it will NOT release Obama birth info: And we all go quiet again? *vanity*

Posted on 01/22/2011 1:55:28 PM PST by cycle of discernment

I see very little discussion here today about the insane rabbit chase, tap dance and convoluted story telling involving Hawaii governor Neil Abercrombie's "bold pronouncement" that he would, once and for all, shut up the birthers with present Obama's tangible, long form birth certificate proving he was born in Hawaii.

Yet all he could find after weeks of investigating, was a "written-down" notation in the archives and even admitted a long form birth certificate 'may not exist'.

Act II: Last night we hear Hawaii has clamped down on any further release of info re Obama's birth as "illegal' unless requested by the individual himself.

Are we going to allow the left to continue this outrageous charade and sleight of hand?

This man, occupying the most powerful office on earth, who arrogantly refuses to answer the most basic of questions about who he is, is wielding power over each of everyday.

Seems we aren't talking about it today.

What do we plan to do about it?

As I have said hundreds of times on this forum and others: If someone can provide a reasonable, rationale explanation for why Odumba$$ has paid over $2 million dollars in legal fees to avioid providing what nearly every citizen in this country could produce in less than a day, I will continue to believe he is not constitutionally eligible to hold his current position.

When Barry ran for his Senate seat in Illinois, he was able to get a divorce settlement unsealed in order to embarrass the crap out of his opponent. He knows how to play dirty, and turn-about seems not to be fair play. Others cover for him, and public domain stiff about Barry seem to disappear. This whole thing smells worse than a fish sent in the mail by Rahm.

You and others of questionable agenda continue to browbeat us to drop the most common sense of thinking and the most logical of questioning.

Fine. If you want to be led around like a monkey on this issue, far be it from me to stop you.

Oh, and by the way, I don't give a flying fig about whether or not he dyes his air or whether or not he had a homosexual affair with Larry Sinclair.

Those are all diversionary tactics. If you like being diverted, go for it.

The rest of us will focus on the problems at hand.

Pretty straight foeward, two or so States pass legislation that requires physical evidence of candidates eligability before qualifying for the ballot in that State. The candate can opt not to run in those States - but to do so would send a pretty powerful picture to even the most brain dead voter that the emperor has no cloths.

As Governor of Hawaii, I would think that Neil Abercrombie could sign some sort of executive order that would allow himself full access to any State records and to do as he pleases with them, as long as it doesn’t violate some provision of the state constitution. So why doesn’t he just do it? If 0bama has already supposedly released a true copy of his COLB, what’s the problem with releasing a more detailed copy of his birth certificate?

One cannot expect anything solid from Abercrombie on any subject. He has been a joke in HI for decades. He got elected governor for much the same reason MN had a gov. Ventura and now has a senator Franken. “you can fool some of the people all the time...”

In the world that use to be sane——having a man holding the most powerful ofice on earth arrogantly refusing to prove who he is, even as others serve time in prison that he could vindicate, is a pretty darn serious problem ‘at hand’.

The world use to be sane. There used to be such a thing as right and wrong.

We are being manipulated into ‘accepting the unacceptable’ through the constant drip of behavioral modification drummed upon us through the wide reaching, everywhere media, day in, day out.

We speak out, asking rightful questions that carry the most fundamental of implications simmering in an atmosphere of outright duplicity and contradiction—and we are told we are fools, we are kooks.

We are essentially told by the puppetmasters:

Go to you room, children.

We work through our state legislatures to make sure that beginning in 2012, all candidates for any office must be prove eligibility. No long form, you can't be on the ballot. That will put an end to the Poseur in Chief' charade.

Even if you were right about this, why sit so silent over the Wright/Ayers/”Redistribution of wealth is a good thing” (Joe The Plumber incident)? Same thing with Bush not going after Clinton. Good Lord, Obama and the Clintons have TONS of warts and we should play Mr Nice Guy? Eff that. Same thing with the immigration issues. Sit back and wait until it’s a disaster, and THEN try to deal with it? Social security? Medicare? The Dems run around to the college students promising more more aid. We should be telling them how MUCH MORE they’re going to have to pay with Generational Theft. “Affirmative action”? Same thing. Let it go so that now “Diversity is a good thing” and that it MATTERS what people look like?

I don’t know how many otherwise-reasonable, good, God-fearing people I know vote for Democrats because they get their news/ideas/opinions from the MSM and our failure to counter them. We should’ve been yelling and screaming at Cronkite et al and boycotting these bastards DECADES ago.

In order to understand it, you have to think like a left wing Democrat.
OBAMA believes that this issue works to his advantage with his base. He gets to play victim, he gets to show solidarity with Latinos, who he needs to win reelection and who also have their citizenship bona fides constantly challenged.
The non-release is classic Saul Alinsky style, community organizing political theater, worth a couple of million when you raised $645 million for your campaign.
Alinsky said: “Take what your opponents consider to be your greatest weakness and make it your greatest strength.”

Obama gets the bonus with the birth certificate issue of having his opponents come to his defense, like the previous Republican administration in Hawaii did and like so many hard core concservatives are upset at the mainstream conservative media for neglecting this issue. It’s “divide and conquer” and from Obama’s perspective, worth the investment.
“The state of Hawaii says that the President was born there, that’s good enough for me.”—John Boehner, Speaker of the House.

Obama knows that his birth certificate can be released under a subpoena, at any time. A congressional subpoena by the new House majority could have done it on January 3rd.
And thus far, the Republicans are afraid to touch it.

The House of Representatives should be investigating this NOW!

Why let the crime continue for 2 more years?

Want more executive orders?
Want more Czars?
Want more multi-million dollar vacations?

I’m not sure but I believe pissant raised the issue, even before 0’s false swearing-in.
FR is one group that has kept this constitutional issue alive. The Kenyan is wearing milkbone underwear and we’re American bulldogs.

Actually, it’s not really a written notation.

It is just the numbers 6-6-6 chipped into a rock.

They marked it right after he crawled out from underneath it.

Question: Does a sitting President who seeks a second term need to provide all necessary documentary evidence to prove his qualifications again when seeking re-election? Just wondering if he would have to do that or would it just be assumed again that he has the proper qualifications.

If he does have to present the documents again when filing his intent to run for President this could be a problem for the Prez wouldn't it?
