(CNN) The White House released President Obama’s original birth certificate Wednesday.
The surprise release follows recent and sustained remarks by businessman Donald Trump, among others, that raised doubts as to whether the president was born in the United States.
Another post said that the M. was preprinted on the blank birth certificate form back in 1961 so the typist only had to type "7:24 P." Both P.M. and A.M. end in M. so they typist saves nearly 1 second not typing the M (it probably makes sense if you create government forms for a living).

The way Obama and his flunkies lie to the public, how can he NOT be distrusted about any so-called “proof” he puts out?

According to the web site the name didn’t change to Kapiolani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital until Kauikeolani Children’s Hospital merged with Kapi‘olani Maternity Home in 1978.
So how could his official long form birth certificate that was generated in 1961 have the name of the hospital that wasn’t created until 1978?”

Lynch is tough reading. The citation I gave for it is hard to read, at least for my aging eyes. However, it makes a powerful case, and WKA repeated its reasoning.
“That all children born within the dominion of the United States of foreign parents holding no diplomatic office became citizens at the time of their birth does not appear to have been contested or doubted until more than fifty years after the adoption of the Constitution, when the matter was elaborately argued in the Court of Chancery of New York and decided upon full consideration by Vice Chancellor Sandford in favor of their citizenship. Lynch v. Clark, (1844) 1 Sandf.Ch. 583.” - WKA
and “And if, at common law, all human beings born within the ligeance of the King, and under the King’s obedience, were natural-born subjects, and not aliens, I do not perceive why this doctrine does not apply to these United States, in all cases in which there is no express constitutional or statute declaration to the contrary. . . . Subject and citizen are, in a degree, convertible terms as applied to natives, and though the term citizen seems to be appropriate to republican freemen, yet we are, equally with the inhabitants of all other countries, subjects, for we are equally bound by allegiance and subjection to the government and law of the land.

There is no doubt but that natural born subject is a term that applied to children of alien parents, so WKA applied that definition to him. And if WKA met the criteria for a NBC, then he was a citizen - which is what the formal ruling said.
The DISSENT in WKA argued against it:
“Considering the circumstances surrounding the framing of the Constitution, I submit that it is unreasonable to conclude that “natural-born citizen” applied to everybody born within the geographical tract known as the United States, irrespective of circumstances, and that the children of foreigners, happening to be born to them while passing through the country, whether of royal parentage or not, or whether of the Mongolian, Malay or other race, were eligible to the Presidency, while children of our citizens, born abroad, were not.”
But that was the dissent, and it never answered why the Framers used NBC if they didn’t mean it in the same sense that it was used prior to 1787...

Yes, there are a number of differing misalignments in the lower-case letters also. For example, look at “African” vs. “Africa”. In African, the lower-case a is misaligned upwards, while in Africa, it is not, but the c appears slightly misaligned upwards instead. Also, look at the letter spacing in these two words, they should be pretty much identical. Instead, in “Africa” the r nearly touches the i, but not in “African”. There also appears to me to be differences in spacing and alignment of the lower-case letters in the three instances of the word “Honolulu”.

I saw this in another thread and didn’t take time to check it before posting.
The Nordyke twins have the same hospital listed, so I’m not sure where the original poster got his facts.

She rebutted this by saying that the BC# was given at the state HDOH office on the “date filed”. It doesn’t matter when he was born, only when the BC was “filed”.
The rules at the time said that Oahu BC’s were to be collected by the local registrars for a week and then all of them submitted to the HDOH office; that’s because all births were supposed to be reported within a week of the birth. Kapiolani submitted their BC’s on Fridays - on every Kapiolani BC that’s been posted anywhere, except one when the office was closed on Friday two weeks in a row (in which case it was submitted on a Thursday rather than letting 3 weeks’ worth of BC’s pile up at Kapiolani).
Obama was born on Friday evening after the weekly delivery to the HDOH so his BC would have been in the same pile as the Nordykes, who were born the following day. The Nordyke BC’s were filed on Friday, Aug 11th, just like all the other Kapiolani BC’s I’ve seen. For Obama’s to be filed on a Tuesday (if that were genuinely true) would indicate that he was NOT born at Kapiolani.
And in any event he would NOT have been given a higher number on Tuesday, Aug 8th, than the Nordykes got 3 days later, on Friday, Aug 11th.
I find it interesting that Obama stated he has no time for “This silliness”, just before he jets off to appear on OPRAH....
He has time for golf-silliness, he has time for vacation-silliness, fundraising-silliness, and Appear-on-Oprah silliness, but he has no time for “ Am I Actually Eligible for the office”-Silliness.
How odd.....
