Gov Rick Perry Supporter and pollster for a SuperPAC that supports Perry is the Herman Cain source
Fox News Insider ^ | 11/2/11 | Greta Susteren

I don't know if there is more than one source or not, but, according to Politico, Chris Wilson, a Governor Perry supporter and pollster for the super PAC that supports Governor Perry, worked at the National Restaurant Association and is the (a?) source for the Cain/sexual harassment story.

He said the episode of harassment occurred in a public restaurant in the 1990's and that many people knew about it. What is WEIRD about the Politico story and Chris Wilson, is that Chris Wilson would not or did not say what happened. The only reason that omission catches my attention is that sexual harassment is a rather “fluid” concept. Some actions are OBVIOUSLY sexual harassment and some are NOT – and are merely actions misinterpreted or exaggerated.

Hence I would like to know what it is that people (Chris Wilson) say Mr. Cain did. Of course because Wilson is also a Governor Perry guy, his remarks (accusation) should be looked at with a discerning eye – and it is all the more important that he provide more information about what he claims Mr. Cain did.

Which post...the only ones that I found had you gushing Perry

Yeah? Find one and post it here.

You're as full of spin and hyperbole as the media lowlifes that you adore.

If this is true, I’m scratching Perry off of my list.

If it was someone from Cain's campaign who turned traitor, are you scratching Cain off your list? After all, the candidate is responsible for all actions of all associates at all times.

“Man I think you nailed it. It was backfiring and they were increasingly looking foolish as many Conservatives rallied around Cain. If Cain gets thru this it could end up being a blessing in that it was dealt with now and not in the general election.”

I agree...this was PERFECT for October, 2012...but they BLEW IT. I’m thinking that they’re so scared of Cain even being the nominee that they had to shoot now. They really fear his ideas and especially Cain talking about abortion as a black-community genocide. They can NEVER allow that to make it into the black community.

I wanted to like Perry. Alas, the more national exposure he gets, the less I like what I see.

I guess I’ll have to throw him in “No way in hell I’ll vote for him” pool with Romney.

Eat your own damn words, buddy. Perry will reap what he sows with that statement.

I hope an Attorney will correct me in my errors here, as I’m sure I don’t have this right. (But that never stopped me from posting before, so....)

It’s my understanding that there are certain required elements in order for it to be the legal definition of sexual harassment.

For instance, doesn’t the person doing the harassing have to be in a position of authority and power over the person being harassed? “You won’t get that promotion unless you sleep with me.” That kind of thing?

I have a hard time understanding how something that happened in a public setting (restaurant) could fit this legal definition. I can see how a man could say/do something that makes a woman uncomfortable or steps over the line while in a public setting. But the proper way to handle that is to say, “I don’t find that humorous and wish you would please stop.” Or simply get up and leave the table/restaurant.

Perry just said “If you want to know how a man will act in his future, look at his past”

And I agree.

So do I, which is why I will not support Perry.

And the Keebler Elvettes were uncomfortable with Cain’s offensive gesture regarding his wife’s height.

“When Cain raised his hand to his chin and said, ‘My wife is about so high.’, well he basically said we weren’t measuring up. He belittled us in public.”

“Perry just said “If you want to know how a man will act in his future, look at his past”

And I agree.”

And so do I. If I wanted to be like the Perry-bots, I could spam the thread with a bit of background on Perry’s past, starting with his signing of the GAY-FRIENDLY “hate crimes” bill that even Bush-43 wouldn’t sign as governor.

But I’m not that kind of person.

I am soooo ready for Newt..though I still like Perry.

I am not at all impressed with the Perry slams and when Perry talks it makes sense to me. Of course I can’t say that on Freep, becuase I will get flamed.
