PJM Sources Report Details of Alleged Cain Incident
PJMedia ^ | November 3, 2011 | Richard Pollock

Posted on 11/03/2011 10:04:50 AM PDT by bbernard

Adding to the ongoing Herman Cain sexual harassment controversy, two sources have now confirmed to PJ Media that a female employee of the National Restaurant Association told associates she had been brought by Mr. Cain to his Crystal City, Virginia residence where she alleged “he had taken advantage of me.”

One source, a male, told PJ Media:

Herman took advantage of seniority and power with a young woman. It was an abuse of power.

Implying that coming forward with the accusations was an ordeal for the young woman, the source also said:

Who do you believe, a CEO or a mid-level staffer? It was unsettling for her to make charges.

The name of the woman — who was in her early twenties at the time of the alleged incident — has been confirmed by PJ Media. We have chosen not to reveal her identity for reasons of discretion.

Both sources, one male and one female, worked at the time — mid-1990s — for the governmental affairs department of the National Restaurant Association, as did the woman.

What ever happened to last nights story that Cain’s campaign stated that a report would be coming out that would vindicate him?

He was talking about the Forbes Magazine article that came out that was just him blaming Perry. That is what Cain said would "Vindicate Him", blame Perry.

its all about how other will judge him

This has frustrated me on hundreds of threads for years; people cannot distinguish between your OWN opinions, and your analysis/prediction of the opinions of millions of OTHER people.

When I proclaim someone unelectable, it has nothing to do with my personal opinion of the candidate; it's based on my analysis of how the electorate as a whole will likely view a candidate. One problem is that I think a lot of people here don't really have any Democratic friends or family, so they're out of touch with the national Gestalt.

Not looking good: all it will take is the right amount of money to bring her forward. They will buy her forward if her story is: (1) hard to refute whether true or not, (2) if it is has some level of circumstantial evidence.

I could have just as easily said that Michele Obambi “does it with donkeys”. Hard not to believe though cause she’s been “doing” a jackass for years

Today, any man who has climbed a corporate executive ladder is very likely to have sexual harassment settlements in his history. It comes with the territory, if you insist on your staff getting the job done, regardless of whatever else might come up. This is also true for women who have climbed the corporate ladder.

I do not consider sexual harassment settlements a defining mark on any candidate.

Hey, this ain’t nothing!

There were folks on here in the last day or so that said they’d support Cain if they had pictures of him with a goat!

Being in bed with someone that’s not his wife; not recalling it; blaming everyone else for “trashing” him...that’s nothing!

We need this guy in the White House! If he could pull all of this off by just being head of Godfather’s Pizza...well, imagine what he could do as the most powerful man in the world!!!

Woo-Hoo!!!

Please note the similar treatment Cain is receiving now to what Palin was subject to the last 2 years...and the common thread behind both becomes clear. This is a bipartisan lynching courtesy of the RinoCracy.

We the People are only to “be allowed” certain candidates....

—Regardless of whether this is true or not, he’s done.—

You might want to read up on the Thomas incident. And how his response changed that. This is just getting started, and it’s great publicity.

... some ditzy story about public hairs on a Coke can?

Given the texture of the hair on then-Mr Thomas' head, I have always wondered how Ms Hill could distinguish well enough to assert that what she saw was a "public hair."

Call me when one of the so-called “victims” goes before the cameras and makes charges.

Otherwise it's just another mendacious political hit job and nothing else.

Go Cain!!!

Somebody ping me if we ever get a so-called “source” that isn’t anonymous.

this is worse than Clinton and his cigar.

Are you crazy? Let's compare two drunk people at a company party to a sober US president putting an intern on her knees in the oval office after years of screwing everything that would move.

One is a drunken mistake, one is a serial adulterer and scumbag.

Think what you want but this will redound to his benefit, as it already has. The right is sick and tired of these leftist smear tactics.! We've got your back Herman.

He ran for the open Senate seat in Georgia that was vacated by Zell Miller. He wasn't the "threat" that he is now.

Mr. Cain was supposed to have a “corporate” apartment at that time. Had Mrs. Cain not moved to DC with him? Somehow that doesn’t help the story.

Ever read “The Firm”.

Every man is “that kind of person”, under the right circumstances. The only one that wasn’t was hung on a cross.

I disagree....

Whether Cain did anything or not, I’m starting to get this sinking feeling that it won’t matter. They are hell bent on getting him out of the way. It will be hard to defend all of this crap.

This is the first day that I have felt like “oh $hit”, we’re gonna end up with Mitt. And if I find out Mitt had anything,,,,,,I mean anything to do with this. I won’t vote for that rat ba$tard in the general. We already have a rat ba$tard in office. He can KMA.
