I saw a protester tazed by security during Obama’s first election. It was horrible. Obama watched with a smile on his face.

Since Trump has been threatened by a Cartel killer who broke out of a Mexican prison, I don’t imagine they want aggressive radical protesters anywhere near him. They are probably edgy.

They handled that Univision Mexican wacko pretty gently, considering.

The irony.... They say U.S. laws are racist.

Yet the super majority of these protesters come from countries that has even tougher immigration laws and they say nothing other than praise for the country they fled.

(((And since you have a problem with my post being “off the top of my head,” here are the relevant NY laws:

“S 155.05 Larceny; defined. A person steals property and commits larceny when, with intent to!deprive another of property or to appropriate the same to himself or to a third person, he wrongfully takes, obtains or withholds such property from an owner thereof.”

“S 160.00 Robbery; defined. Robbery is forcible stealing. A person forcibly steals property and commits robbery when, in the course of committing a larceny, he uses oo threatens the immediate use of physical force upon another person”))))

You have one problem with your story, the guy who attacked the guard was not holding the banner.

(((The protesters should have let the cops deal with the security person over the “stolen” sign rather than physically assaulting him.)))

The man who assaulted the guard wasn’t even holding the banner, he was holding the Mexican Flag. The guard defended himself from an attack from behind just like anybody else would. The attacker was lucky he just got slapped.

(((They weren’t blocking anything. They were at least 15 feet from the entrance.)))

They were holding the banner parallel to the street blocking anybody from pulling up to the front and walking straight in. If my customer has to walk around you to get in your blocking the entrance.

Who owned the Sign, George Soros?

The little Illegal Invader was borrowing it, he didn't “own” it. I still haven't seen what actually happened before the Security Officer was attacked from behind, but using the excuse that since the guy possibly took the borrowed Sign from the Illegal Invader entitled the Illegal Invader to Commit Assault and Battery is ridiculous.

The Illegal Invader is lucky that the Security Guard didn't hit him too hard or he would have hit the Pavement. The Security Guard doesn't have eyes in the back of his head.
It was like a Chihuahua attacking a Pit Bull.

Making this a hate Trump Thread has nothing to do with what happened. It is a case of Assault and Battery, period.

I’ve watched several times too. By the time the guy is running up to the guard, the guard already had his hands on the sign.

So you admit you haven’t seen what led up to the so-called assault, and yet you know it was an assault? And you somehow know that the sign was”borrowed” (not that it matters - it wasn’t the security guard’s sign to take).

You know so little, yet think you know so much. Ignorance is bliss, I suppose.

That is true. The security guy had no business grabbing the sign and damaging it. But the protestor dude should have let the cops deal with it, rather than committing a more serious crime himself.

If your customer has to walk around me to get to you, and I’m on a public sidewalk, that may inconvenience your customer, but doesn’t give you any right to forcibly move me or take my property

My point is that the guy grabbed the security guard in order to stop him from stealing the sign. Which is a legal use of physical force — no crime.

I saw the Illegal Invader attack the Security Guard. I said I didn’t see what preceded it, unless you are implying that the Security Guard physically attacked the poor little Illegal Invader earlier that day.

Is that what you meant with your “You know so little, yet think you know so much. Ignorance is bliss, I suppose” Comment towards me?

It wasn’t a “so called” Assault, it was Assault and Battery.

Stop with the personal attack Bologna because someone points out the obvious to you.

You Commit Assault and Battery on a Former Police Officer (like the Trump Security Guard) and then tell the Cops it was because he took your Anti-Trump Sign from the Sidewalk in front of your House and see how that works out for you.

Quit being ridiculous. Your Trump Hatred is clouding your judgment.

Sir if your doing it intentionally I will remove you myself, you have interfered with customers ability to do business with me. And I’ll repeat it one more time, the guy who attacked the security personnel was not holding a sign.

“It wasn’t a “so called” Assault, it was Assault and Battery.”

Nope. It was a justifiable use of force to defend property.

OK. So, would the security guy have any justification for defending himself?

I get the feeling this is going to have to be resolved in court.

Looks to me like the protestor grabbed the security guy who responded in kind.

That said, this is not good. Not good at all. Grabbing the signs was poor form. Trumps security folks need to learn some restraint, especially when on the road in southern states. Protesting while armed is quite common.
