Trump is just bs’ing. Glad Cruz waits to give a more tactical response that has the legal foundation to actually happen rather than blurting out any old thing

Banning muslims is an unworkable idea, since nobody can tell your religion by looking at you.

Refine the proposal a bit to make it workable - like banning all identifiable members of mosques that promote terrorism, or islamic preachers who call support jihad, or anybody who expresses hatred for America or Christians or Jews, or anybody who has shown support for Sharia.

You can base it on actions and make the umbrella very big, covering tons of actions.

Hmmm, where are your links to Trump supporting single payer healthcare, partial birth abortion, “assualt weapons” ban, emminent domain confiscation, and the Clintons?

For the record I trust Cruz.
Trump is a train wreck.
Somehow I have avoided the Kool-Aid.

You know, I’m still not sold on Trump because of his bizarre liberal comments BEFORE he started his presidential run, but what I WILL give him credit for is that he has singlehandedly moved the pendulum back to the right. Obama moved things so far to the left that Hillary is portrayed now as a “moderate” and Bernie Sanders is somehow a legitimate candidate. Are you kidding me?? Trump has shifted the discussion and instead of talking about merely containing Obama’s damage, we’re now talking about undoing it entirely and truly getting the US moving forward again.

I’d still say Cruz 1st, Rubio 2nd but I’d rather have Rubio on the VP slot, not a fan of the rest. WILL obviously support Trump though if he gets the nomination...just don’t think it’s going to happen.

“No, that is not my policy,” the Texas senator told reporters. “I believe the focus should focus on radical Islamic terrorism, and we need to be directly focused on threats to the United States. We need a commander in chief that perceives what the threat is and that targets all of our resources to protecting this nation against radical Islamic terrorism.”

And Ted that’s also Trump’s plan, but he wants to start it by stopping the flow of Muslims into the country. That should also be your plan.
