Marco Rubio Is Plenty Conservative

It is now axiomatic that Marco Rubio is the "establishment" favorite in the 2016 Republican primaries, due for a collision with a conservative alternative such as Donald Trump, Ted Cruz, or Ben Carson.
But if Rubio really represents the new GOP "establishment," then the fight is over and the conservatives won. Despite infuriating many grassroots conservatives by pushing the failed Gang of Eight immigration-reform bill and advocating a path to legalization, Rubio has an indisputably conservative record as a senator.
This is a man who has a lifetime ACU rating of 98 out of 100. A man who has a perfect rating from the NRA in the U.S. Senate. A man who earned scores of 100 in 2014, 100 in 2013, 71 in 2012, and 100 in 2011 from the Family Research Council. A "Taxpayer Super Hero" with a lifetime rating of 95 from Citizens Against Government Waste. A man Club for Growth president David McIntosh called "a complete pro-growth, free-market, limited-government conservative."
Across the board, Rubio's stances, policy proposals, and rhetoric fall squarely within the bounds of traditional conservatism.

Club for Growth says it all. Rubio is a lying crumb for sale to the highest bidder. How can he be such a perfectscore Senator when he isn’t even there for the votes?

Rubio is very conservative outside of one of two key issues. And that will put him out of the running this cycle.

I’m not carrying water for Rubio, but you should still make it appear that you’ve read the column before posting.

No matter what is in the Article, The Rube is a lying weasel. As the posting is an excerpt it was too much trouble to read it as my mind is firmly made up on The Rube.
He would make a great Press Secretary for Trump or Cruz though.

The sweaty little creep was Gang of Eight. That permanently eliminates him from consideration.

Rubio Is Plenty Conservative This is quite conservative!
At normal levels, there is 'conservative'. Beyond that, there is the Severe conservative. But this is really much beyond that... this is Plenty conservative.
Someone photoshop inclined should make one of those meter gifs, with "Conservative" on one end, "Severe" in the middle, and "Plenty Conservative" on the other extreme.

This primary has been very revealing in separating the wheat from the chaff amongst the “conservative” media.

I refuse to give a liberal rag like NR a click. I don’t want to support their RINO propaganda in any form or fashion.
If someone wants me to read more than the exerpt posted, they will have to post it here.

I've been reading this article on Twitter posts for days. I notice Geraghty gives Rubio a pass for not knowing about Obama's NSA snooping even though he was in the Senate Intel committee. So gee, he couldn't know, but if he did poor Marco couldn't say anything because that would ne a crime.
Course, there is the Gandhi and MLK thing where people break laws that are unjust. Heck Rubio could have been a hero, and maybe saved his candidacy. Except of course, if he did know, he was really really angry but wouldn't do anything.
