With just five days until Fox News airs the final GOP debate before the Iowa Caucuses, Donald Trump is reigniting his war with Megyn Kelly. "Based on ‪@MegynKelly's conflict of interest and bias she should not be allowed to be a moderator of the next debate," Trump tweeted while campaigning in Iowa on Saturday.
Trump's feud with Kelly has been one of the most memorable storylines of this raucous GOP primary. In recent weeks, it has heated up. In a lengthy Vanity Fair profile this month, Kelly boasted of writing the now famous debate question about Trump's history of misogynic comments, which ignited the feud this summer. And last week, Kelly sarcastically brought up Sarah Palin's Trump endorsement, as well as hosted National Review editor Rich Lowry to promote the National Review's anti-Trump issue.
Trump's campaign manager, Corey Lewandowski, indicated that Trump could walk away from the debate if Fox won't exclude Kelly. "Let's see what happens," he told me. "It's fair to say Mr. Trump is a significant ratings driver for these debates. If we aren't on stage for some reason, they wouldn't have the record 24 million viewers and would be back with 1-2 million people."

Cruz has been my guy but here I agree with Trump. There are way too many on the stage now - just silly to keep those with 3% or less up there. I haven’t tuned in to Kelly since her “debate debut” and don’t want to see her face again.
So hope he does the town hall.

I have labeled Ms. Kelly as a hostile moderator but Trump should show up for the debate. He can have a townhall later. I’m sure Ms Kelly will provide him w/ a few tidbits for later reference. It won’t look good on FNC, IMO.

Totally agree. To let Megyn get away with the way she treated him and still put oneself in that position again is asking too much. If the RNC won’t do it for Trump . . then he should do it himself.
I’d guess that FOX will not let Trump dictate terms to them.
Would Trump ask himself any gotcha questions?
If it doesn’t go well is he going to blame himself?
Will Drudge run a poll to see if he won or lost?
Is there an over/under on how many times he says I, Me?
Will he hire people to stand on stage with him so he will have someone to insult?
What would be horribly entertaining would be hosting the town hall at exactly the same time and check the ratings.
That said, I’m good with the arm twisting. NR was already disinvited due to their anti-Trump issue (what a waste that was where they could have instead chosen to support candidates instead.)
I do not think a photoshopped Trump assaulting an attractive young woman is a good idea at all, unless you are an enemy of Trump.
Mr Trump, when you are President, will you communicate freely and often with Americans, telling us how you are planning to handle issues?
This shouldn’t have to be TRUMP’s job. THE RNC should have done it when Fox announced the moderators. RNC is once again not being fair to American Voters. Rinse and Repeat - get on your horn and call FOX -You, being the leader of this party have done far worse. Look upon this as Conservative payback for Mississippi. Call Fox, make your request and show US whatever true colors you possess.
Trump is right about this. Kelly has used her show to allow air time to National Review and many other Trump bashers. She’s clearly biased and hostile. Allowing her to “moderate” anything related to Trump would be a joke.
Fox needs to hear from Trump’s supporters and Trump needs to hear from them too about how we feel. How many times does this woman get to use her so called “journlistic” position to trash our candidate while posing as a “moderator”?

As much this is a political stunt, Trump massive ego just might meet his match in Roger Alies...

These debates are far more entertainment than substance...

He can always put an empty podium up there for Trump if he pulls out...
The issue brings attention to the problem with either having biased “journalists” OR biased journalists having no business moderating debates OR both.
Could be a deal between Trump and Murdoch to boost the ratings even more.
