What will the RATS do if Cruz, born in Canada to a Cuban father, is the VP?

True Trump supporters will not want a Trump/Cruz ticket, because they won't want to give the RATS the best weapon to destroy Trump's chance of winning.

‘When a remaining primary state declares Ted Cruz ineligible you let me know, OK!’

That is just it - in the primary, the RATS won’t do anything about Cruz - they want him to be the nominee/vp pick!

If Cruz is the nominee, they will immediately start their challenge/attacks.

Obama had all the help to bury his eligibility issue, but Cruz will not have any help form the GOPe, the media. Only the Cruz supporters who have no power/influence/standing can cry feebly.

Cruz would rather continue as senator from TX than be in such a lousy job, so Tump won’t ask him.

If that is true then Winston Churchill could have run for US president and used our military to save the country he loved most in the world.

There is no difference between Cruz and Churchill.

The answer to the problem is to have the senate do a resolution declaring that cruz is a citizen just like they
did for John McCain.

The senate won’t give Raphael the time of day....

True. Cruz tried to get a senate resolution like the one given to McCain. Cruz was turned down.

But now that he’s the only one with a creditable —if slim— chance of stopping Trump—Cruz has some leverage with senate republicans

How could any self-respecting Trump supporter possible want Trump a criminal like Cruz? Why Trumpeters have already more than enough evidence to convict Cruz of everything from Treason, Child Porn, being an illegal immigrant, besides he is a Christian and we all know how bad that is! I mean who wants another Jimmy Cater around?

Trumps first act as President is have Cruz arrested and held at Gitmo!

That is what you think!
The RATS will not think so (unless it is one of them).
Even if they agree with you, do you think they will play nice and remain silent or even chime in that Cruz is eligible, like the GOPe did for obama?

They buried the truth for obama, but they will bury Cruz!

Besides, your ‘.....congress to create a uniform rule of naturalization’ actually serves to prove that congress can rule on ‘NATURALIZATION’, BUT CONGRESS CAN NOT DO ANYTHING TO MAKE A PERSON A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN. Only someone who has absolutely no tie to any other jurisdiction but USA’s, i.e born in USA to 2 USA citizen parents - is naturally a US citizen and no laws/rules are required to make him (naturalize him) a US citizen, and, no one can take away his natural born citizenship status!

Anyway, we can debate till our faces turn blue, but what matters, at this time, is what the RATS think and will do to defeat us!

Where/When would that Dem challenge come when it's the States that determine eligibly?

This link is old but informative.

Who would be final arbiter on Ted Cruz’s eligibility for presidential run? Tough to say

If you can find another link on the subject I'll read it.

This is one of the reasons I don’t support Cruz for VP. The left will file a bunch of lawsuits in favorable jurisdictions to muddy the waters and confuse the voters. The complicit media will go along. Dems may not win those lawsuits but that’s not the point. They will drag them out throughout the campaign season to negatively influence low information voters. Suddenly the media will holler from the rooftops that Cruz was a Canadian as recently as 2014. And anybody who thinks that Dem judges will allow Cruz to be VP because Obama was allowed to be Prez hasn’t been paying attention. As far as I can tell, the lawsuits so far have been thrown out on technicalities—not filed soon enough, etc. Watch that miraculously change if Trump picks Cruz in the general.

Yes, it is true that Churchill could have run for US President. I speculate that the reason he didn’t was that he knew that with his British accent and upbringing, the Americans of that time would have rejected him and it would have in the long term, hurt his cause to get the US involved.

However, this has noting to do with Sen Cruz being born a US citizen and as such, qualifying as NBC.

Hope you are right - that a Trump/Cruz ticket is not possible.

We don’t want to give them anything to create chaos to destroy our winning chance.

There is no Constitutionally-recognized activity called "running for President", anybody can do it.

Semantics Jim, you know what I meant.

‘There is nothing alleged about Cruz being born in Canada to a Cuban father.’

Nothing alleged,
only the fact that Cruz himself admits he was born in Canada and his father was a Cuban at time of his birth.

Do you mean Cruz will never agree to be Trump’s VP.
That would be great!

Not if Cruz is in the VP chair it wouldn’t.
Trump would take office regardless of the standing of the VP.

That view is based upon assuming that Trump WOULD take office, if enough political chaos can be sown by the 'RATS so far as Cruz is concerned, with the full support of the libtard media, there is no telling how they could twist public opinion and the result of the general election.

Then why didn’t it hamstring McCain’s campaign when he was sued over eligibility? Or Obama’s? Enough “chicken little” hand-wringing over what those meanie weenie Democrats will do to us if we don’t back down preemptively.

Help you with this I will young Jedi ...

a.) The courts and libtard media were already committed to protecting the Kenyan usurper from any and all legal challenges.

b.) McCain was already in the tank for Obama.

Now return to your lessons and work on levitating that rock.

‘Not a problem for McCain..’

At least McCain’s parentS were US citizens, and,

The senate passed a resolution to ‘resolve’ that McCain is a nbc.

What has Cruz done? What has GOP done?

Cruz and GOPs are setting us up for failure, unless Cruz’s dream of being the pres/VP fails.
