Hillary's team prepares for the worst as she finds herself in a perfect storm of legal misery
Fox News ^ | May 12, 2016 | Judge Andrew P. Napolitano

Posted on 05/12/2016 1:58:00 AM PDT by detective

The bad legal news for Hillary Clinton continued to cascade upon her presidential hopes during the past week in what has amounted to a perfect storm of legal misery. Here is what happened.

Last week, Mrs. Clinton’s five closest advisers when she was Secretary of State, four of whom remain close to her and have significant positions in her presidential campaign, were interrogated by the FBI. These interrogations were voluntary, not under oath, and done in the presence of the same legal team which represented all five aides.

The atmosphere was confrontational, as the purpose of the interrogations is to enable federal prosecutors and investigators to determine whether these five are targets or witnesses. Stated differently, the feds need to decide if they should charge any of these folks as part of a plan to commit espionage, or if they will be witnesses on behalf of the government should there be such a prosecution; or witnesses for Mrs. Clinton.

This is a very good analysis of Hillary Clinton and the current legal actions.

Someone within the corrupt Clinton Machine will likely yield under FBI interrogation to tell the truth and save themselves.

Not to mention that every email has both sender and receiver. The length of the fbi investigation is understandable.

I suspect the FBI wants to pin down who transferred classified information from a secure government system to Hillary’s insecure, open to the world, per the Russians and Guccifer, “private” email server. And who ordered the transfer. We already know from the State Dept. that Hillary’s emails contained classified information.

The term “espionage” will not fly with the public.....they need to say that Hillary SOLD SECRETS for “donations” to the Clinton Crime Family Slush Fund! More people would understand it.

Maybe they will end up actually finding Vince Fosters Hard Drive that was taken from the Clinton White House.

Clinton should have been in prison once the first classified INFO was found on her server. Let me state as I was the S-2 INTEL Officer of a TS Nuclear unit for three months in 1969 while recovering from two gunshot wounds. Had I carried one TS document out of that office overnight and sent that to anyone via such insecure means as email my ass would still be in Leavenworth.

That’s a point that the media hasn’t covered. How many veterans like yourself and those on active duty have complied with the regs covering classified material? How many will vote for Hillary?

There’s about 22 million veterans in the country. I suspect a large percentage are angry at the casualness Hillary has treated this country’s security.

That person might become public enemy no 1 to the MSM. I don’t think it’s loyalty holding them together, it’s fear of the media savaging them if they go off the reservation.

Where I work is doing away with USB drives all together. Specifically because of the potential for copying (temptation?) classified information off of classified AIS computers. EVERYWHERE - NOT ALLOWED - VERBOTEN.....

We are forced to do this and that lying harridan isn’t touched by the FBI for far worse.

Of course the Obama courts will ignore all this evidence. But the Trump campaign certainly shouldn’t.

Espionage as the average person understands it will seem like a stretch. They will understand tax evasion and bribery.

Clinton aide Cheryl Mills leaves FBI interview briefly after being asked about emails
Washington Post ^ | May 10 | Matt Zapotosky / FR Posted by Rabin

Tension surrounds the FBI's criminal probe into purposefully gross mishandling of power and critical American intelligence information. The FBI, will depose ex-Sec. Clinton concerning years of well orchestrated malfeasance, with a benevolent effort to separate "criminal intent" from "malicious intent" and will sidestep "massive criminal collusion". Investigators have not classified Cheryl Mills as hostile — Mills was Secy Clinton's COS. Questions to her that were deemed "off limits" beforehand dealt with the procedure used to produce (archived) email.(Excerpt)washingtonpost.com ...

==========================================

AS ONE ASTUTE FREEPER POSTED: Breitbart reported that Mills left the room when asked about the process that was used to decide which emails to release to State and which to delete. When she returned, she asserted attorney client privilege. I don’t see any way these events could be covered by privilege. Mills was either working for the State Department and can be compelled to testify or she was Hillary’s attorney after she left her post and was assisting her client in destroying material stolen from the government. Sure sounds like more than trading recipe cards and deciding what is and isn’t classified as Hillary has said. Sounds a lot like the FBI is tightening the noose on criminal charges.

So far all I hear is noise, when I actually see some indictments then I will believe it.

“These interrogations were voluntary, not under oath, and done in the presence of the same legal team which represented all five aides.”

Then they were not interrogations at all.
They were interviews.

She’ll be indicted when the Democrats no longer believe she can beat Trump. She’ll step aside and some dark horse will take her place.

This was done on purpose. She owes her foundation “donors” so freely gave this info to them, for the taking. Hillary Clinton is the biggest traitor this country has ever, ever had - and she’s about to become the DNC nominee.

Can’t make this sheet up.
