DEVELOPING: The State Department is reopening an internal investigation of possible mishandling of classified information by Hillary Clinton and top aides.

Spokesman John Kirby says the emails probe is restarting now that the Justice Department isn't pursuing a criminal prosecution. The State Department suspended its review in April to avoid interfering with the FBI's inquiry.

Kirby set no deadline for the investigation's completion.

Keep the conservatives chasing rainbows until after the election. That’s what they are trying to do. Nothing will come of this. Hitlery has to be defeated at the ballot box. All this other crap is deflection.

Waste of time. The fix is in. Corruption is supported by the Democrats and they will never change. America is loaded with fool that are beyond redemption.

Now they have one of those “ongoing investigations” that protect them from answering questions.

The RATs feel the spike of distrust coming from the electorate and this red herring is designed to smooth out that spike by delaying things. This is there pattern- delay the resolution long enough and everyone will forget. God help us!

How perfect. Now The Beast can claim she was exonerated in two investigations into her email negligence.

Most Probably still is, but the Rats are experts in stalling, stone walling, subterfuge, and unadulterated lies. Hillary lied under oath about so many aspects of her email operation. She lies with a straight face, is shameless and congenital. The real sad truth is democrats do not care.

Double jeopardy?

No, Clinton case was never tried in front of a jury or judge.

Even if the case had gone to a grand jury and they no-billed, the prosecutor could take the case to ANOTHER grand jury and try again.

However, this doesn't appear to be a criminal investigation. It's an administrative investigation, perhaps by the Dept. of State's Office of Personnel Security and Suitability (who administrates their security clearances).

If they don't try to whitewash it, the security clearance of everyone that sent classified information that was marked or obviously met the criteria (at the Top Secret/SAP level, it's very obvious) will probably have their clearance revoked.

It won't affect Clinton, but thereafter her staff will find it very difficult to work in a job that requires a clearance.

K, Thanks. Some other folks also mentioned it. Be great if she’s denied a clearance. Be tough she couldn’t sit in on certain meetings. But then, neither did 0bozo.

I think you are correct. Although it may do nothing for this current situation, they need to fix this ‘loophole’ at every level of gov’t in every agency.

I was under the impression that every gov’t employee took a ‘class’ on handling of sensitive/classified material. She must have played hookie that day. OR that kind of instruction is only for the little people who would be too terrified to pull off what she did.

I was listening to Comey today and a senator asked him if Hillarys staffers had security clearances to handle classified information. He answered “No”. My jaw dropped.

I must have dreamed this but did Hillary order her staff to remove any classified headings from messages to her?

Remember who runs or ruins the State Department, Lurch Kerry, the dumbest man in the Cabinet. Kirby is his mouthpiece. Hillary was the former Secy of State.

Get my point? Obama is the president. Lynch is the Secy of Justice.

WHO CAN YOU TRUST OUT OF THIS GROUP?

How do you say COVERUP 102?

Maybe Cheryl Mills will have her car broken into a THIRD time on the way to a Congressional hearing to testify.

Gee every single one of her aides took the fifth multiple times. What criminal activity are they hiding. Are they protecting Obama. Inquiring minds want to know. Lois Lerner took the fifth. Was she protecting Obama? Why is Hillary taking the fall for him? Something bad going on in the top level of our government.

***Seems to me the only reason they are reopening the investigation is so they avoid responding to any questions regarding the scandal while the “investigation is on-going”***

You are correct! You win the internet for today!

“our money”
***This is another canard that really needs to be rebutted. First of all, it’s not “our” money. Rather, it’s the private property of the Federal Reserve, used under contract by the US and other nations as the standard form exchange.

Secondly, no one is paying taxes sufficient to actually finance the operations of government. Rather, the US and all developed nations use deficit spending. (Notes are purchased by the Fed Res, who credit the accounts of their borrower client states.)

If it wasn’t for our guys sitting in the MENA controlling the juice, we wouldn’t have a pot to piss in.***

This was a lecture I got earlier from a Freeper for using the term “our money.” When your figure out what this means, let me know.
