The 90 minute debate will be divided into six time segments of approximately 15 minutes each on major topics to be selected by the moderator and announced at least one week before the debate. The moderator will open each segment with a question, after which each candidate will have two minutes to respond. Candidates will then have an opportunity to respond to each other. The moderator will use the balance of the time in the segment for a deeper discussion of the topic.

Yep, every negative meme that Hillary and the Dims have been trying to establish about Trump, Lester has brought up in the form of a question tonight, and now we have questions about the Russians hacking emails and with the implication that it is to help Trump.
Informed voters will be disgusted by this setup.

He is missing key points. For example, when asked what he would do to fight ISIS, he should have said "The first thing we need to do to stop ISIS is stop letting them into our country. Secretary Clinton's plan to bring more people from Syria is national suicide as seen in the countries of Europe."
