What a waste of time. Yes, it will be submitted to the Supremes and that will end it. But consider all the taxpayer money and court time that will have been wasted.

The nation will pay for such a$$inine judgments as this. The Founders were men of faith and I really believe that is why the U.S. has enjoyed G-d’s protection.
If they want it removed, let the members of the court pay for it and do it themselves.

Do these “judges” also not know arithmetic?
There is nothing about that Cross that promotes a State Religion.
And lest we forget, the 45ft tall nekkid woman statue going up on the DC mall by the Washington Monument. Priorities, priorities !

The cross is only objectionable if it was paid for with government money.
While your point is clear, congress could get the attention of the judiciary if it collected a few judicial scalps each year through impeachment and removal. That clown judge in Hawaii who usurps the power of President Trump over immigration comes to mind.
Of course, that will never happen until repeal of the 17th Amendment.
