I agree with that, but at the same time I do not agree that people are going to abandon Trump’s policies in big numbers.
I’ll be very surprised of we have less of a margin of leadership in either the U. S. Senate or the House next year.

Yes they did horrible polling in 2016, but they have been spot on in 2017-2018 with proof of the 40 seats we have lost thus far. Big ones included. When you lose a Senate and House seat, you know something is wrong. Republicans better wake up and start taking this serious or we will lose the 1,000 seats we gained from 2008-2016.
Who did these great pollsters pick to win in 2016?

The RNC knew what their numbers actually were in PA recently, knew what the overstated lead in the MSM was & didn’t tell the public......(almost like the RNCe was throwing the election to the DNCe)
Exactly. I keep pointing it out that we have lost 40 seats. Now, I don’t count the Governor’s race in Virginia because Trump lost Virginia. I also don’t count Alabama because of the unique situation with Roy Moore. Strange would have won Alabama, and Trump was right to endorse him. However, we just lost a deep red seat. We have lost some seats that are deep red in those 40 seats. You look at the vote shift on the NY Times map from this election, nearly every area vote shifted to blue. Granted, this was a unique candidate, but we still should have won. To keep rationalizing these away is stupid. Yeah, it’s NBC, but we have proof from the special elections that this can be so. We have to find out what is going on. Are they mad at Trump? Mad at the Congress? Switching? Not motivated? The RNC needs to send out surveys.

New Drudge Poll Overwhelmingly Supports Firing Mueller

The Drudge Report, the prolific news aggregation website ran by Matt Drudge, has a new poll that shows its audience favors firing special counsel Robert Mueller and the results are not even close.
Currently, 266,943 voters support firing Robert Mueller where as 77,000 voters are against his firing. While the poll cannot be counted as a scientific poll of the general public, it is helpful in gauging where President Donald Trump’s base and many conservatives stand on the issue.
Drudge’s polling in the past was an early indicator of who the GOP Presidential nominee was going to be. For example after a September 2015 GOP primary poll, his audience supported Trump with 61% saying that he won the debate. From The Washington Examiner:
