You may well be right. By their fruits shall we know them, and the fictional portrayals and other maybe not so fictional ones all seem to push toward either bloody domination of humans, or the global socialist approach. Of course, it would not be beyond the Socialists to use any lies or deception, Earth bound or otherwise to further their aims for their master, and much of the pop media are on that team from what I have seen of their output.
It just dawns on me that if we are His only creations capable of worshipping Him, what a terrible overall disappointment that must be.
