Attorney General Eric Holder is considering whether to appoint a prosecutor to investigate the Bush administration's interrogation practices. A Justice Department official told the Associated Press that Holder plans to make a final decision within the next few weeks. "As the Organization of American States did on Friday, I call on all political and social actors in Honduras to respect democratic norms, the rule of law and the tenets of the Inter-American Democratic Charter," Obama said in a statement.
